Our spacious 140 m² holiday apartment combines modern comfort with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It features a spa-style bathroom with a private sauna, bright and welcoming rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with a barbecue. From the apartment and the garden, you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view, including an unobstructed panorama of the Dachstein Glacier – the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of nature.

The apartment is also ideally situated in the heart of the most important attractions in the province of Salzburg. Directly behind our house lies the Postalm, Austria’s largest continuous alpine pasture area, perfect for hiking and nature adventures. Cycle and walking paths, as well as the Aubach stream with its waterfall, are just a short stroll away. The Lammer River is also within walking distance and offers opportunities for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water.

Our location is perfect for excursions: Hallstatt, St. Wolfgang, Lake Gosau, and the Lammerklamm Gorge are all easy to reach, and Hohensalzburg Fortress is just 30 minutes away. Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to ski areas such as Dachstein West, as well as numerous trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

For active holidaymakers, there are countless options: mountain biking, hiking, motocross, and enduro riding start right outside the front door. Motorcycle and classic-car tours through the surrounding mountain roads are also an unforgettable experience.

Despite its peaceful and private setting, our house is easy to reach by car, taxi, or bus from Salzburg Central Station or Salzburg Airport. A charging station for electric vehicles is available.
