Villa Nura is a luxurious 306 m² holiday villa set on a spacious 1,754 m² plot in the peaceful village of Kaštelir, just 10 km from the vibrant coastal town of Poreč. Known for its charming old town, crystal-clear waters, and lively Mediterranean atmosphere, Poreč is one of Istria’s most beloved destinations.



Designed to accommodate 8 guests, the villa features 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are on the first floor. There are 4 modern bathrooms, all equipped with showers, and one of them also features a bathtub. In addition, the villa offers a separate guest WC for extra convenience. For stays outside the summer season, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating to ensure maximum comfort.



Villa Nura also offers wellness amenities, including a sauna with shower and a fitness corner. The fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill ensures unforgettable evenings spent outdoors.
