Villa Mikela is a newly built luxury villa with swimming pool situated on a hill with magnificent panoramic views of the wooded hills, vineyards and partly the sea, on the edge of the village of Mekisi 2 km from the picturesque medieval town of Vizinada, where there is a shop, cafe, ATM, while a farm is only 30m from the house. There are several wineries just 600 metres from the house. For recreational sports enthusiasts, the attractive Parenzana cycling/hiking trail runs nearby.From the outdoor facilities, Villa Mikela offers guests a fully fenced 820m2 garden with manicured lawn, covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue walled, private pool of 32 sqm with sun loungers and covered parking for a total of 2 vehicles. The pool is heated outside the summer season
The villa is spread over 163 square metres on two fully air-conditioned floors for 6-8 people. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with dining room, tastefully furnished and well-lit living room with seating area and exit to the terrace with table and chairs and pool area, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor there are a total of 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, satellite TV, a private balcony and private shower/WC, a bedroom with two single beds, balcony, satellite TV and a bathroom/WC. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the green surroundings. There are also 2 extra beds available which can be accommodated in the bedrooms if required.
