The house is quietly situated at 1140 metres above sea level in a small hamlet with 1 small farm and 5 other houses on a cul-de-sac. The hiking trail starts at the house. The nearest bathing lake is 2.5 km away. Ski 3 km. In 25 minutes you are in Klagenfurt. Nearest via ferrata approx. 25 minutes by car.
It was furnished in a minimalist style so that nothing distracts from the marvellous mountain scenery and peace and relaxation set in. Fantastic view. Large wellness area with panoramic window and sauna. Outdoor solar shower, barbecue area with fire bowl. Plenty of seating areas to sit and relax. Directly on the hiking trail. E-charging station for cars according to consumption and much more
Large garden for private use, the property is completely fenced in with a wooden fence. Outdoor shower, various seating and sunbathing areas to enjoy.
Fantastic views as far as the Karawanken and the Julian Alps. The nature up here is still very unspoilt, beautiful meadows and healthy forests. The hiking trail passes right by the house.
Swimming lake St. Urban 2 km and hiking on the doorstep. Small ski area in 1.5 km and large ski area about 22 km away. Very good mild air and water.
