Welcome to our charming holiday flat in Dresden! Situated in the green south of the city, this oasis of peace offers the perfect retreat after an eventful day in Dresden or the picturesque surroundings. Our lovingly furnished 50 sqm flat with separate entrance, not far from a decorative ginkgo tree, promises you a comfortable stay just a few minutes from the city centre and the university. There are also excellent opportunities for excursions to the Saxon Switzerland National Park, Pillnitz Castle & Park, Albrechtsburg Castle in Meissen and Moritzburg Castle.
Inside, the flat welcomes you with an inviting living room whose bay windows face south and let in plenty of light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and coffee machine and therefore fulfils all your self-catering needs. The cosy bedroom is perfect for daydreaming after a day of exploring, while the bathroom with shower and underfloor heating leaves nothing to be desired. For your entertainment and communication needs, there is a WLAN connection, a telephone with a flat rate to the German landline network, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system.
The outdoor area is characterised by an idyllic, sunny terrace that invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Comfortable garden furniture is available to make your moments outdoors as pleasant as possible. A covered smoking island in the garden also guarantees smokers an undisturbed stay, albeit at an appropriate distance from the living area.
