This exceptionally comfortable and individually furnished flat offers 68 mÂČ plus an inviting south-facing terrace with barbecue facilities in a quiet location with a view of a nature reserve. Enjoy the luxury of a light-flooded retreat on the ground floor of our detached house, which was built in 2005 and lovingly renovated in 2023.
The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living/dining area with a cosy sofa bed for a third person and a fully equipped kitchen. This leaves nothing to be desired with a dishwasher, microwave, four-ring hob, coffee pod machine and other amenities. The room is rounded off by a modern bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine. For your comfort, we offer free internet access (W-LAN) and cosy bathrobes for relaxing moments.
The lovingly designed outdoor area invites you to linger in the fresh air with a furnished terrace and barbecue area, while the view of the garden and the neighbouring nature reserve makes every meal outdoors a special experience. You are welcome to use our garden with various seating options in the sun and shade as well as our newly built fireplace for cosy evenings under the stars.
