The outdoor area boasts a terrace for exclusive use, which offers direct access to the flat and borders the neighbouring forest. This terrace seems to be made for relaxing hours and peaceful walks in the surrounding nature.

The location of the holiday flat combines tranquillity and accessibility: although it is located on the edge of the forest, the town centre is just 600 metres away with an adventure pool including an indoor playground and various restaurants. There is a very good and inexpensive launderette (washing machines and tumble dryers). There is also a bike hire service. For water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers, the beach and water sports facilities are only 6 kilometres away. Additional attractions such as the small Königsstuhl at the chalk quarry and the proximity to the Jasmund National Park make the location particularly attractive. Charging an e-bike costs €5 per bicycle per week, payable on site.
