It is situated in a very quiet location by a stream and on the edge of the forest, yet still in the centre. You enter the house via a loggia and arrive in the entrance area - you will recognise immediately - old meets modern! The light grey tiles in the hallway blend in perfectly with the style of the house, as does the eat-in kitchen. The living and dining room has oak parquet flooring, while the extravagant tiled stove (connected to the central heating) brings a cosy atmosphere in the colder months.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a children's room, and a large, modern bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bathtub and walk-in shower.
