One bedroom + cosy sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, modern bathroom with large shower and washer-dryer, WLAN and TV - everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Highlight: the approx. 250 mÂČ fenced garden - ideal for sunbathing, playing or taking a deep breath. A playground is just 50 metres away.
