This villa is on the north side of the island of Kos, with a view towards Pserimos, Kalymnos and the Turkish mainland. Next to it, about 30 metres away, there is a second, separate villa with a pool and a garden. The proximity to the beach makes the spacious house ideal for a seaside holiday with family or friends.
The upper floor has a living room with modern furniture, a flatscreen TV and a fireplace. It has a directly adjoining, open kitchen, with an electric stove, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a little bathroom with a WC and washbasin.
The very luxuriously furnished villa is spread over three floors, provides around 200mÂČ of living space and can accommodate up to ten people. The ground floor has a very spacious area of 55mÂČ that also provides some fitness equipment, one double bedroom and a sofa bed for two persons, as well as a steam cabin, hydromassage and a little bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. There is also a washing machine. The first floor has three bedrooms each of 12mÂČ. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the second has two single beds, both with a direct sea view. The third bedroom with a double bed has a garden and mountain view. On this floor there are also two bathrooms. One of them has a shower, the other a bath.
This luxury villa was built in 2012 and has a very modern and appealing design. Special features include the big windows that allow plenty of daylight in and the great sea view from the living room. The sliding window in the living room is six metres wide. The villa is near Zipari, a kilometre away. The Tigaki beach is only about a kilometre from the house. There are restaurants and shopping facilities just 300 metres away. It is about 15km to the airport and 10km to Kos town.
The big terrace is accessible both from the living room and from the kitchen. It affords a breathtaking view and invites you to enjoy leisurely meals. Plenty of terrace furniture is provided. The outdoor pool (9.5 x 5m) is right by the house and it has an adjoining garden of 1500mÂČ. Banana plants and apricot trees have been planted in the garden.
