Always well maintained by the owners, this comfortable, beautiful two-storey house is situated in a sunny and idyllic location in a green residential area in a quiet street in the town centre. Fenced, well-kept garden plot for communal use with lawn, fruit trees, flowers and shrubs. If you don't feel like eating out in one of the many good restaurants, you can also barbecue in the garden. Owner lives separately in the neighbouring building. Car park in the courtyard. Lake Balaton is only a few minutes' walk away. There is a grocery shop nearby where you can buy breakfast.

Beach holiday at Lake Balaton :

Lake Balaton is a lake in the west of Hungary, which is also the largest lake in Western and Central Europe with an area of 594 square kilometres. Due to its shallow depth of 3.25 metres on average, the lake has a relatively high water temperature, which can rise to 30 degrees in summer. A hotel or holiday home on Lake Balaton is therefore ideal for a swimming holiday, but Lake Balaton is also popular as a destination for an inexpensive wellness holiday, as there are several important spas around the lake. Sporty and active holidaymakers can go sailing, surfing or fishing and the network of cycle paths around the lake has been renewed and expanded in recent years. Lake Balaton also has a wine-growing tradition dating back over 2000 years to the Romans. A holiday flat or guesthouse on Lake Balaton therefore offers the wonderful opportunity to combine a beach holiday with a holiday in the vineyards.



Fonyód is situated directly on the shores of Lake Balaton, in a convenient location with beautiful views, 40 km north-west of Keszthely, 50 km east of Siófok, 45 km west of Nagykanizsa. Further possibilities for shopping and entertainment in 10 km. Transport connections: Railway line Budapest - Siófok - Fonyód. Railway station in the village. Airport Sármellék in 40 km. Ideal for excursions to the thermal bath Csisztapuszta 15 km, to the thermal bath Zalakaros 45 km.
