The spacious holiday home is surrounded by greenery, woods and fields, five kilometres from MĂšzos. The location is extremely quiet and there is little traffic.
The outdoor area offers a large terrace with garden furniture, an awning, a table tennis table, a large meadow with lots of trees and plenty of space to play and relax. The landlord and landlady also live on the large, fully fenced property. Deckchairs are available.
Inside the house you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and electric heating. There is a living room with a dining table and seating, a stereo system and a sofa for two people. A wood-burning stove rounds off the cosy living ambience. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a four-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a small oven and a microwave. There is a bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet, as well as a small separate utility room with a private washing machine.
Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest village of MĂšzos, about five kilometres away, or you can drive to Morcenx, where you will find all your daily needs. In Lit-et-Mixe, approx. eight kilometres away, there is a larger supermarket and a launderette. Surrounded by woods and meadows and with very little traffic, this holiday home is the perfect base for hiking and cycling tours. Activities such as pony riding, canoeing and quad biking can be undertaken in the surrounding area and in just 15 minutes by car you can be on the coast of Aquitaine, which offers plenty of space to sunbathe and play, even in high season, with its famous, long sandy beaches.
