Furnished in a contemporary style, the flat has everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday, equipped with dishes for 4 people, and bed linen and towels.

We have taken certain measures so that you can have a pleasant and safe stay.
First of all, you should know that there is a 48-hour gap between one booking and the next, i.e. our CHANNEL MANAGER automatically blocks the dates two days before and after your booking.
It is clear that you only pay for the days you have booked and not those that our system blocks (to be clear).
At the CHECK-IN, our staff will welcome you with a disposable MASK and GLOVES for the release of the keys (sanitised, of course) and for registration. The CHECK-IN takes place quickly.
At the CHECK-OUT, the assistant will open the windows, because the standard says that it takes a couple of hours of air recirculation to get a good quality of air.
Obviously the assistant during the recycling is not present in the house.
The following day he will carry out the ROUTINE cleaning, complete with sanitisation of the most frequently used surfaces such as handles, remote controls, pushbuttons etc. and the sanitisation of the floors.
This is always done with MASK and GLOVES and with specific products with 70% alcohol solution.
