The 80-square-metre accommodation is located on the first floor with independent access from the street; there are 15 stairs with handrails to the wall to access the entire floor.
The house, with its typical local architecture with star vaults, gives the emotions of a timeless land, linked to the family's roots as can be seen in the vintage furnishing components with a touch of modernity on the style detail that evokes a lively play of colours.
The house is a spacious solution all on one level designed to offer maximum relaxation and comfort with practical and functional spaces:
- LIVING AREA: DINING/LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa with armchairs, TV, cupboard.
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with 4-burner cooker, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.

The flat with its small balcony overlooks the main street. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood where parking spaces are both paid and free of charge.
The location of the flat is in a strategic point of the town, above a pharmacy, close to bars, supermarkets, bakeries, it is 20m from the municipal villa, 50m from the square and the historic centre and 20m from the shopping area.
Ostuni is then situated 7Km from the sea, 5Km from the railway station and 20Km from Brindisi airport, 30 minutes from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli.
