It offers on 3 levels (ground floor, attic and basement) living room, 4 bedrooms (each with double beds, 2 cots), 2 bathrooms, 1 guest WC, separate kitchen with fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, 2 high chairs for small children as well as utility room with washing machine, balconies and terrace as well as outdoor seating and garden. The property is situated on a small and quiet residential street in a sunny location. The sandy beaches in Timmendorfer Strand and TravemĂŒnde are both approx. 3 km away. The Brodtener Steilufer (Baltic Sea) approx. 800 m with the hiking possibilities along the Baltic Sea coast offers an unobstructed sea view over the Bay of LĂŒbeck.
