The newly and extensively renovated 3½-room apartment on the ground floor offers modern comfort in a quiet location. It is ideal for families or couples. Entrance hall with cloakroom, bright living room with sitting area, sofa, TV, access to the balcony with beautiful mountain views. Modern small kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment and 3 additional separate freezer compartments, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. One double bedroom. A second bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed. Bathroom with bathtub/toilet/bidet, additional guest toilet. One garage parking space.
There is a communal laundry room in the house. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Chesa Allegra is an apartment building in a quiet and sunny location. About 150 m from the house, tennis courts in summer and an ice rink in winter invite you to enjoy sporting activities. The train station is about 500 m away, and the Saluver/Marguns mountain railway is about 700 m away. Various restaurants and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity.
There is a communal laundry room in the house. Pets are not allowed.
