Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/lodging tax is not based on the number of guests, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Stay in our exclusive luxury loft, “Hafenpanorama,” with a breathtaking view from the balcony of Wismar Harbor and the Bay of Mecklenburg. The loft in the Lotsenhus Wismar spans two floors and features three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furnishings and amenities of this vacation loft were deliberately chosen to meet the highest standards of quality. We want you to feel comfortable throughout your entire stay and have everything you need. All rooms can be darkened. The large balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. A private parking space at the building and free Wi-Fi round out the amenities.
