Discover our charming holiday home in the idyllic district of MademĂŒhlen on the banks of the Krombach dam, built in harmony with the natural surroundings of the Westerwald. Surrounded by forests and meadows, our holiday home offers a magnificent view of the lake, ideal for windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. With the nearby dam, bathing beach and starting points for hiking and cycling trails right on your doorstep, this holiday home is the perfect place for your next holiday.
Inside, the holiday home offers a spacious living and dining area, complemented by a fully equipped fitted kitchen. For your comfort, the house has two bathrooms, one upstairs with toilet, shower and natural light, the other downstairs with whirlpool bath including air and water jets, Bluetooth speaker and hairdryer. Three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and Smart TV (Smart TV via Mi-Box), offer peaceful nights. Additional sleeping options include an extra bed and a sofa bed option in the living room. Other amenities include a laundry room and a partially heated conservatory equipped with billiards, darts and table football.
The holiday home has a Finnish sauna for 4-5 people, with great sauna infusions from FJORLAND. You can reach this separate room via the terrace. The electricity consumption is billed via a coin-operated machine 3âŹ/h (deposit 0.50âŹ, 1âŹ, 2âŹ)
The outdoor area includes a well-kept, fenced garden with a fountain and sun loungers, a terrace with a spacious seating area, parasol and gas barbecue, as well as a charging station for electric cars (11kW wallbox (0.39âŹ/kW)).
