The modern, light-flooded 64m2 flat with a large balcony invites you to linger and relax in both the cold and warm seasons. High-quality materials were used in the furnishings and emphasis was placed on a timeless, stylish Scandinavian design with Alpine chic elements.

The spacious living and dining area with open-plan kitchen forms the centre of the flat. A double bedroom with box-spring bed with Swiss stone pine back panel (ensures a lower heart rate and longer recovery phase during sleep), a large bathroom with rain shower and double washbasin, a separate WC and a fully-fledged sofa bed (slatted frame and spring mattress) offer comfortable space for 2 - 4 people (couples, families, friends). The flat has a large wardrobe area and ample storage space in the built-in cupboards.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (oven, sous-vide, steamer, microwave, induction hob). This allows you to cook at the highest level and makes the heart of every amateur chef beat faster. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and therefore does not disturb the living and dining area at all.

In summer, the large balcony with excellent sunlight can be virtually brought into the living room via the wide sliding door and offers a breathtaking view of the Paznaun mountain landscape: ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or drinking a glass of wine in the evening sun.
The ski room has two lockable ski/snowboard boxes belonging to the flat with integrated boot heating. The flat also has two covered car parking spaces with plenty of room for bicycles and/or scooters.
