The house accommodates up to 5 guests, with one child sleeping on the sofa in the living room.The house is spread over two floors and is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing guests with a high level of comfort and privacy.The outdoor area is fully designed for relaxation and outdoor living. The completely fenced garden features a private swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating area, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying evening gatherings. Private parking is available on the property.Several restaurants and shops can be found just a few kilometres away, while beaches are available in Poreč and Rovinj.
