The vacation apartment located on the 5th floor of the "Berolina" building offers 47 m² of space, accommodating a maximum of four adults comfortably. The living room features a cozy seating area, a TV, and direct access to a covered balcony, furnished with a heater for added comfort. An integrated sleeping area includes a double bed, while a separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each measuring 80 x 200 cm), a TV, and a wardrobe. Both sleeping areas are equipped with blackout options via pleated shades and curtains. The kitchen includes a dining space for four and is equipped with essential appliances. A bathroom with a shower and WC completes the accommodation. Additionally, guests can access shared amenities such as a swimming pool and recreation rooms, with provisions for laundry available in common washrooms. Note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
