Our family-run Haus Sonnenschein is quietly yet centrally located â just a few minutes from the beach and the center of Binz.
The two-room apartment (approx. 40 mÂČ) accommodates up to four people and offers a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a TV, while the living area features a sofa bed â ideal for children or friends.
The open kitchenette is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-plate stove, and refrigerator.
French windows and skylights bring plenty of daylight into the living area and bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower.
Your linen package with bed linen and towels is included.
For longer stays, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided for âŹ16 per person.
The local visitorâs tax is âŹ3.40 per person per day.
Children up to their 3rd birthday and guests with a disability level of 100 are exempt.
