Welcome to our lovingly modernized apartment in Gunzenhausen, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Altmühl. The accommodation is currently being renovated and will represent a beautiful, minimalist and cozy lake house atmosphere. Final photos will be uploaded at the end of May.

The apartment features a modern kitchen, a freshly renovated bathroom, and a cozy living area with a sleep sofa that comfortably fits two people. The bedroom offers a king‑size bed, and underneath it you’ll find an additional pull‑out single bed – perfect for families, friends, or guests who need flexible sleeping arrangements.

The apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families who appreciate peace, nature, and a relaxed environment.
Pets are welcome (additional fees may apply).

The location near Lake Altmühl is one of the most popular in the region. Within a short walk, you’ll reach beautiful lakeside paths, playgrounds, cycling routes, and quiet spots by the water. The Schlungenhof lake center offers beaches, boat rentals, mini golf, beach volleyball, and lakeside dining. Nature lovers will enjoy the Vogelinsel (Bird Island), a peaceful nature reserve with viewing platforms and circular walking trails.

Gunzenhausen’s charming old town is also close by, offering cafés, restaurants, small shops, and the Archaeological Museum. Supermarkets, bakeries, and additional leisure activities are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The region is perfect for cycling, hiking, water sports, and relaxed days in nature.
