Great little house in a quiet neighborhood. Relatively close to everything! Hot tub was great, my family really enjoyed the evenings in it after all the walking we did everyday!

Perfect spot for the family in a great neighborhood.

Very spacious place with great amenities and good access to everything CSprings has to offer. Very clean place and excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard with the kids. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Great family/friends trip

The house was perfect for our stay. Location close to shopping and some good food. Hot tub was our morning and evening spot to just relax either before or after a day of sight seeing. Manitou Springs was a easy 30 minute drive made the trip many times.

Great getaway

We had an amazing stay. Definitely recommend staying here. The Gibsons were awesome hosts. Their home was lovely, clean and matched the description perfect. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Family friendly stay

We stayed with our 4 kids and thought this was a great home for our family! It has great space for all the kids to sleep. And our kids were extra excited about the toys and games! The location worked well for our activities and was close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Fantastic Space for Families

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great touch and the space in general is great. We stayed here with my in-laws for my sister in law’s wedding and it was perfect for all of us and our kids. We will be back!

Great Home!!

Lovely property! It is as described, comfy and spacious. The hot tub was amazing as well! Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The beds were comfy and the shower has killer water pressure :) thick-haired girls will appreciate this 😂 The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when I had a question.

Close to USAFA

We rented this property to be close to USAFA to be close to my daughter. This property was perfect because when she stayed with me on the weekends there was space for her to relax and enjoy. I loved the backyard where there was a place to have a fire and relax while grilling. This is now at the top of my list of places to stay in Colorado Springs!

Enjoyed our stay

We were a bit surprised to see that there were stairs up to the main living area and down to the lower bedroom and bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but might be for some. We enjoyed our stay very much. The back patio is lovely. The yard is nice for kids to run around. The bottom bedroom is large and has a king and queen bed in it. It was pretty chilly downstairs. We got in bed and eventually warmed up.

Great house!

Our family stayed here three nights recently and enjoyed the convenience of location to things we wanted to visit in Colorado Springs. They had almost everything we needed. Just a heads up there is no 9x13 baking dish. Other than that they had everything and were very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely book this house again!

This was our main residence for several years. We have enjoyed it's location, large backyard and safe neighborhood. It's located in a very convenient area in Colorado Springs near lots of shopping, stores, parks and easy access to I-25.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our Briargate home is close to great walking trails, parks, and playgrounds. You can walk to Starbucks and other coffee shops. There's an incredible little Sushi restaurant 3 blocks away. We hope you enjoy your stay!
