Comfortable, spacious

Outstanding view of the Marikina Hills. Great windows in both living and bedrooms. Natural light perfect for us. Owner's rep responsive and accommodating. Building staff were warm, pleasant. Location is excellent for our needs - close to family, restaurants galore, supermarket and church all RIGHT THERE!

Too many issues

My first VRBO rental. The place is really nice with a lot of space but it is a pity that there were issues in maintenance and it is infested with cockroaches. First day i checked in I have encountered is a leaking sink at the bottom. Opened the vanity door which They try to seal so no one can see how rusty the brackets and pipes are and a hole under the sink. They did fix it though but i had to wait till the handy man is done. There’s no hot water in the shower so they had to fix that too so took our 2 days to watch the unit. One thing i cannot take is the roaches in the kitchen counter. It is so gross. Also saw a dead one in the kettle floating in the water. I had to asked for the VRBO customer service to get us out of there and moved to a different location. The owner had enough time to see to it that the unit was ready for renting and it wasn’tSorry it didnt work out.

Awesome location

I'm Erwin from California US. This property was almost perfect. This being said, these were the highlights: - Location is great with great views from our window and convenient access to restaurants, malls, shops and pretty much everything. Everything are within walking distance. Eastwood Mall is located directly below the condo. - The security staffs are well trained. I really command how homogeneous the service was from anyone we interacted with. -- Restaurants are very good options and the evening happy hours are great value for money. One of my top pick filipino restaurant is Crisostomo. - The room was also great with some ambiance lights which is super nice specially when you just want to relax from a long day. Bathroom is a lil small but nice, kitchen is big, equipped with pots, pans and all kitchen utencils. A small laundry room on the side, just a washer but no dryer. -- Very nice pool and gym located on the 5th floor. Only one little thing was off during our stay. The building staffs or owner of the condo did not notify us about a power outage that happened on dec. 11th from 9am-5pm, (that's a long time). It was hot and muggy. We called the front desk and thats where we found out that they do a power maintenance once a year and very unfortunate that it landed on one of days that we stayed there, i just wished that they should have informed all the guest in the building atleast a few days in advance. -- Other than that, everything was great. I can honestly rate this condo unit a 4 out of 5 stars and i will definitely go back and stay at this property again. Thank you Tisha!

Perfect for couples on vacation

This little gem in the heart of a bustling city is a perfect place for balikbayan couples on a respite who want to indulge on a variety of restaurants and cuisine without having to put up with the irksome urban traffic. Yes, everything you’ll need is within walking distance, and the only ride you’ll have to take is the elevator. My hubby and I watched the unique Filipino New Year’s Eve tradition from our wide window. And I have to say that it was the best fireworks show we’ve seen, viewing the radiant city go crazy at midnight from this 23rd floor condo unit without busting our eardrums. It brought an old childhood joy back and I said to my hubby, “We’re home!” Tisha is absolutely a long-distance “hands-on” owner/manager, always on top of the situation, and responds quickly to your needs or queries. Will definitely recommend this place to our family who are planning a short stay in Metro Manila. This is truly a find.

Very convenient unit!

This property is right in the middle of everything that you could possibly need for your stay in Manila. It is attached to the Eastwood Mall which has plenty of dining options. Across the street there are also many dining options, banks, and a grocery store. There are lots of taxis and grab cars in the area too. Property is clean and has a great view. I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and spacious

The property is big, attractive, and comfortable, located right next to one of the shopping mall entrances. It is also very convenient to reach the Supermarket from there. Our host was very helpful and was there to receive us, even on Chinese New Year (traffic made us quite late that evening) The kitchen, even with a two burner electric range, was also very spacious and easy to work in and is equipped with basic cooking utensils and a rice cooker. The soundproofing is not good, especially in the bedroom, and the aircon is loud in that room as well. (The property faces the Eastwood courtyard and there is often music and occasional traffic noise coming from downstairs) Since there was only two of us, we just moved the bed (the mattress is also very comfortable, BTW) into the living room and slept there happily.
