Teos im Wiedergut is a fully renovated estate nestled in the Warnow breakthrough valley near Sternberg – a protected natural area of extraordinary stillness and beauty. Solid wood floors, natural stone, brass, and carefully selected designer furniture set the frame for up to ten guests who understand that true relaxation need not be loud.

The generous living area with fireplace is the heart of the house – a place where long evenings and conversations unfold. The open designer kitchen with island and natural stone worktops invites not just cooking, but standing together, talking, experimenting. High-quality knives, copper pots, and everything a great evening of cooking requires – it's already there. The living area's panoramic window opens onto the expansive garden, the adjoining forest, and the old walnut tree – a view that tells a new story with every season.

The solid wood floors and natural stone tiles, the brass accents and Cielo ceramics speak of a house furnished with conviction. Not for the fleeting impression, but for the lasting one.

TEN SLEEPING SPACES

Spread across three levels, giving everyone their own retreat:
— Two sleeping spaces on the ground floor – quiet, on one level, ideal for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs
— Six sleeping spaces on the first floor – spacious, filled with light, finished to a high standard
— Two sleeping spaces in the converted attic – for those who want the evening sky through the skylight to be the last thing they see before falling asleep

All bedrooms are furnished with care. High-quality linen bedding, plenty of daylight, no compromise.

CHILDREN at Wiedergut:

Children up to 12 years stay with us free of charge. Please note that they should not be entered in the booking system, but should be taken into account in terms of bed capacity. Please contact us after booking and let us know which children will be joining. For children up to 3 years, 2 baby cots are available in addition to the 10 sleeping spaces.

The outdoor sauna with a view into the forest and the hot tub as a duo – we'll pre-heat both for you on request and provide the wood package. An experience that's especially unforgettable at dusk. One-time, per stay.

🥚 Fresh Eggs from the Neighborhood – €6
Straight from free-range hens at the farm next door – a pack of 10 fresh eggs, ready for you upon request at check-in. Breakfast doesn't get any better.

🛁 Late Check-out – €80
Would you like to ease into your last day without rushing? A late check-out until 6:00 PM is available on request – one-time, per stay.

On your day of arrival, we welcome you personally and show you the most important areas of the house.
Fresh towels and linen bedding go without saying. Shampoo and body soap are provided in all bathrooms.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen.
And if something is missing: write to us via the guest chat, and we'll do our best to fulfill your wishes.

After your booking, or at the latest 10 days before your stay, you'll receive a link to your personal guest guide. There you'll find all the important notes, information, and recommendations for your stay at Teos.

Note on PRE-OPENING 2026

Teos im Wiedergut is currently in its pre-opening phase – everything here is still maturing toward its finished state, and it is precisely for this reason that we invite you at a reduced rate. The driveway and the row of shrubs along the meadow's edge, for example, are still developing and will soon offer you complete privacy. Coffee, for now, comes from the French press – the Zuriga espresso machine is still in production. Some things simply need time to grow, and the best things all the more so.

Yet even now, you will find peace and retreat here, along with many high-quality benefits. Wherever possible, we avoid plastic – not only in our building materials, but in everyday items as well. In some cases, this isn't yet possible (e.g. bin liners, for hygiene reasons).

As one of our pre-opening guests, we ask you for open feedback: what can we still refine so that Teos im Wiedergut lives up to its full potential?

NOTE:

The "whirlpool" facility is not a classic pool with a whirl function, but a heatable soaking tub (hot tub).
