Check-in is easy and contactless via key boxes. You will receive all access details and codes in good time before your arrival.



You may use all booked living, sleeping, wellness and entertainment areas throughout your stay.



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NOISE & CONSIDERATION



Although Casino XXL offers plenty of opportunities for group activities and entertainment, it is not a party venue.



Bringing your own speakers, party sound systems, subwoofers or similar external sound equipment is not permitted.



Music may only be played indoors at a reasonable volume.



From 10:00 PM onwards, we ask all guests to be particularly considerate. Windows and doors should remain closed and noise outside must be kept to a minimum.



The properties are equipped with privacy-friendly noise monitoring devices. These only measure sound levels and do not record conversations.



📍 LOCATION



The property is located in a commercial area in Höhr-Grenzhausen.



This makes the location particularly suitable for an extraordinary group accommodation with extensive indoor entertainment facilities.



Nevertheless, all applicable noise and quiet-hour regulations must be respected at all times.



🚗 PARKING



You may stop directly at the property for loading and unloading.



Additional vehicles can be parked in the designated parking areas.

💦 HOT TUBS



If you arrive on the same day that previous guests check out, the hot tubs may not yet have reached their full operating temperature at check-in.



The hot tubs are emptied, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water between stays. Heating the fresh water naturally takes some time.
