Thank you Samantha for your great review. Come again any time. Yes, the freezer space is limited but most short term guests don't require more freezer space than needed for ice cubes and ice cream. As you observed, you "were fine without it." We find that the refrigerator space is easily adequate for stays of up to two weeks.

We are responding to your review of your stay during this past Christmas weekend. We are sorry you had such a trying time arranging your stay and the difficulties you seemed to experience while there. As you are aware, all of our bookings are handled through a professional Colorado management company because we are long distance owners and we have found that bookings are usually handled timely and without any difficulties arising during a stay. Certainly, based upon all of our previous reviews, none of our other guests seemed to have such issues. As is often the case in life, sometimes things just do not go as smoothly as we might hope to expect. We will endeavor to work with our management eliminate such issues for our future guests. With respect to our telephone conversation the evening you arrived, following is the email I sent to you the next day. I believe it speaks for itself: "Jill, As I said last night, if you have any questions (good restaurants, food shopping, etc.) or issues with the apartment, please let me know. Also, I know you had a problem gaining access to the place. Please let me know what happened so I can prevent future mishaps. My email is sfeldman@feldman-feldman.com.. Welcome to the Roaring Fork."
