À l’intĂ©rieur, nous avons eu une mĂ©tamorphose magnifique en 2016 afin de reflĂ©ter notre personnalitĂ© aprĂšs l’achat de la maison. Nouvelles photos tĂ©lĂ©chargĂ©es pour montrer le rafraĂźchissement et notre amour pour la vie Ă  la plage.

5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain maison avec une piscine communautaire, une jetĂ©e et un belvĂ©dĂšre. À quelques pas de la plage. Maison neuve avec toutes les commoditĂ©s! Aller Ă  la plage par jour et les poissons dans la lagune toute la nuit!
Parking couvert sous la maison. Table de pique-nique, barbecue, micro-ondes et une cuisiniÚre. Laveuse / sécheuse. Wifi et télévision par cùble.
Juste une merveilleuse famille espace convivial! Courte distance en voiture parc aquatique, des restaurants et des activités!
Situation calme et de détente.

The host was responsive, and the house was lovely! Parking was ample- you can fit six cars under the house, if you park carefully. Beach access was easy and the fishing pier on the lagoon was lovely. They provide a beach wagon, chairs, and an umbrella, which was great. The beds were comfortable, and there were no issues with the house itself.My only complaint is that the checkout instructions included washing the dishes and unloading them. It's hard to have breakfast, run the dishes (when it takes two hours for a full wash), and unload them before a 10am checkout. Most rentals that I've used tell you to load the dishwasher and run it when you leave, which seems much more reasonable.

Prime loco

Owners are very prompt with their responses to questions. Close the the beach with a wagon to carry the included beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Close to everything you want to go see and out to eat but far enough away from the chaos to have a relaxing vacation. The communal pool and the Sound were both enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful and Convenient Condo for Large Group

Great location to the beach.

It was great as a short walk to the beach. We did have a problem with one of the upstairs bathroom toilets and the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside bottom of the refrigerator part. Overall good place to stay. It was hard to get everything washed up and out by 10:00 a.m. with a large family but not a deal breaker.

Awesome vacation

The home was perfect for our large family vacation. The bedrooms couldn't have worked any better, beds were very comfortable in each of the rooms The location was great. We hope to come back and stay again. Amy was so wonderful, she was the perfect host!

Nice house

The house was in a great location. It fit all of us, with there being 11 total. The house wasn’t as kept up as other houses we have stayed in. Had issues with toilets, numerous TVs that didn’t have remotes and the main tv in the living room wouldn’t turn on and we were unable to use our entire 6 day stay. We did reach out to the owners but they weren’t as responsive as I thought they would be.

Great place’

Compass Rose was an excellent play to stay near the beach. The house was spacious and met all of our needs. This place is very roomy! Loved it and will come again if I had the opportunity!

Family fun

Our stay was wonderful And the house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed even a pack and play. We had a 3 1/2 week old baby with us. It was one the best vacation that our family has had nine adults and three children and one infant. we will most definitely stay there again. It was close to everything. We had a pool and a fishing Pier on the lagoon side and the beach was in front of us. It was just a wonderful stay We had everything we needed. Thanks to Matt and Amy.

Hidden Gem

Our first family Trip with my husbands side of the family was definitely one to remember. Location was awesome, even though the sign was a little hard to see on the turn initially, but we got the landmarks after the fiest day. Owners were very easy to contact and prompt with replies, they supplied ample beach chairs/toys and towels. Some little things around the home need some handiwork but nothing major. Not as many replacement essentials that we have been accostomed to but plenty of stores to shop and replace. We would definitely come back. fieat

Great multiple family vacation

The Compass Rose was absolutely perfect for our family/friends vacation. It was spacious enough with 5 teens and 6 adults. Just a short walk to the beach. And the fishing dock was perfect for the guys at night fishing in the lagoon and putting a fishing kayak also. Would definitely stay here again. Homeowner very quick to respond and friendly. Birthday Trip to Gulf Shore

We had a great time at the Compass Rose. The house was a good size for our group and location was perfect. Entire family enjoyed the beach and the pool. There were many beach toys and nice new beach chairs. Everything worked except tv remotes but put in new batteries and all was good. Was our first house rental and will not be our last. Great to have all the family together in one place. Will definitely rent again in the future.

We had friends with their kids from Texas all stay together at this house. 11 total and there was still plenty of room. Great location and views of beach and lagoon. Owners are great very helpful and went out of their way. Our families made memories that will last forever. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Returning Guest

Our group, ranging from 8 months to 63 years old, stayed at the Compass Rose for a return visit. The location and layout of the house are hard to beat in Gulf Shores. The value and proximity to the beach and lagoon are perfect. Just far enough away from town that it feels a little less busy. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Our group’s only complaint is that the house could use some cosmetic updating such as furniture and fixtures. Everything seemed the same since we last stayed in 2018 and is showing quite a bit of wear. All very minor things, but we still give the rental 5 stars!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We are only steps from the beach here at Sunwatch Cottages which is perfect when you have kids and stuff to tote along! The pool is wonderful and the pier into the lagoon makes for wonderful crabbing and fishing.

Our house had a gorgeous makeover in 2016 to reflect our personality after purchasing it. This being a 5 bedroom, newly built home makes it great for holding large family vacations. We have ample bed space, with bunk beds in the kids room and queen size beds in most of the guest rooms. Full size refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer along with a washer/ dryer. Picnic table and grill under the house.
