Villa Cintra est un ensemble de deux maisons situées dans le centre historique de Sintra. Ils sont dans une propriété d'environ 20 000 mètres carrés avec de beaux jardins.
Il dispose de 5 chambres - 10 lits, 4 salles de bains, 2 cuisines. Maximum 12 personnes.

This property was in an excellent location near the Valverde Seteais where our daughter got married. It was just a short walk across the street and very convenient. We used both houses and they were very charming and authentic Portuguese farmhouses. The gardens and pool were really lovely! Our family enjoyed staying there and the owners were very sweet and responsive to our requests.

The entire property is gorgeously manicured and well kept. The owners are incredibly friendly. One house has 3 bedrooms and the other has 2. Both have kitchens and living rooms. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a fabulous stay at Ana's place. She met us with a smile at the gate and showed us around this magnificnet property. We rented both villas on the property for a group of seven of us. The villas were simple and charming. We could walk to the historic center of Sintra and explore the city. A morning walk around the property is a must, as is hiring Chef Ameila to make dinner for you one night! Thanks again Ana!

Spectacular setting

Loved our stay - right next to Palacio da Regaleira and across from the Palacio de Seteais hotel. Such a beautiful area of Portugal. We used both villas for the five of us - the hosts were warm and very considerate.

Magical property

This family property is absolutely breathtaking! It’s in the heart of sintra and walkable to everything. There are sprawling gardens and grounds and it feels like you’re living in a real life fairytale. We have traveled the world and stayed at all kinds of different VRBO‘s and this has to be my absolute favorite!

Totally awesome!!

We were a family of 8 ( one a baby) and our stay was spectacular. The accommodations are top tier and Ana helped immeasurably and she is such fun! You could not be better situated for staying in Sintra, going to the coast, Lisbon etc. Thank you Ana for everything, I hope we come back soon.

Country farm manor

This is a mix of incredibly special (pool with a view, historic manor house next to a castle) and grandmother's house (furniture a little worn, mattresses not great). Overall we had a lovely experience. Our hostess took good care of us and was very responsive. The property has beautiful gardens with orange and lemon trees and flowers everywhere. Castles to tour are literally next door and the historic village center is a lovely seven minute walk. I'd happily visit again.

The property is absolutely stunning, and the pool is a major bonus! It was so nice to be able to swim whenever we felt like it. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very responsive and assisted us with whatever we needed. Some downsides: it is extremely hot with no AC. The windows do not have bug screens, so there are a lot of bugs if you open the windows to get some airflow. The villa is up the hill from Sintra, and it’s a one way road. You have to walk 10 minutes down to Sintra to catch an Uber, or else you get stuck on a 30 min one way loop. The beds are quite firm as well.

Great property for family group

We were a group of 9: 2 grandparents, myself/wife and our 2 children, my sister/brother in law and their child. Pros: lots of indoor and outdoor space, great pool, fantastic location adjacent to the Quinta, walkable (if you’re motivated) to the Palacio Nacional, great communication with hosts, who were very friendly (property has been in the family for 5 generations) Other notes: kitchens are very simply furnished. Mostly everything you’d need, but definitely nothing you won’t.

Exceed expectations!!!

This estate has been in the owners family for 7 generations! The history, charm and character of this historical gem absolutely blew my mind! The grounds were amazing and the views no matter where you look all made this a truly unique stay. The floral scent that hung over the property only added to its enviable charm. The owner was gracious and welcoming. If you are thinking in staying any where in the this area, I cannot recommend this place enough! I want to write an historical romance novel here as inspiration, if only I was a novelist!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a magical stay in the beautiful location of Villa Cintra. The houses were very picturesque and the location was fantastic and a short walk to town. The hosts were fantastic and extremely helpful - especially welcoming us into the property despite our taxis having issues with the one way system. I would highly recommend hiring the chef Amélia - her food was phenomenal and very typical portugese cuisine. Things to be mindful of when booking - 1. The beds are very basic and some of us struggled sleeping for extended periods and woke up a little sore. 2. We had a bit of a mosquito issue so would highly recommend bringing repellent or a plug in. 3. The one way system is quite difficult to get taxis from so make sure you walk down to the main town to order. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful property in Great Location!

We were a party of 6 adults traveling from a week in the Algarve for a 3 day stay in Sintra. The communication and check in process was very easy and we were met at the gate and shown the property. The location is fantastic - it backs right up to Quinta Regaliera and is walking (but a long walk) to the Montserrate - and directly across the street from the Palace Setrais luxury hotel (with a great spa). There are two houses - I stayed in the smaller residence which was very well appointed and cozy. Sintra is a magical place and your stay here will make it even more magical!!!

Great stay in a beautiful property

We visited Portugal with the family for the first time. We wanted a place cooler away from the beach with pool to balance a good time between the beach and staying in the property. We had two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Property is very convenient for two families since you have two houses with separate rooms, laundry and kitchen for every family. Ana is a great host and the experience was painless and straight forward. Thanks Ana, we truly enjoyed our visit.

The Perfect Host

We are all looking for a break from current, but temporary, travel (and life) restrictions and looking forward to travel to new places allows us to see a world after Covid. Ein landschaftlich schön gelegenes Objekt mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Ideal um einen luxuriösen und entspannten Aufenthalt zu geniessen. Die beiden Häuser haben eine sehr gute Ausstattung und bieten ausreichend Platz. Am Pool kann man wunderbar relaxen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Objekt buchen und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Absolut super.

Beautiful space for restful retreat

Leonor and her mother Ana were excellent and gracious hosts. I rented the space for family to celebrate our marriage and wedding in Sintra. Everything went smoothly, communication was prompt and professional. Ana was even willing to accommodate some situations that came up due to the wedding, for which we were grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their home to others.
