With two bedrooms, both featuring balconies overlooking a charming pedestrian street, and equipped with a full bathroom and a guest toilet, this accommodation is perfect for those seeking an authentic stay in the city centre.

The apartment is characterised by its high ceilings with wooden beams and antique furniture, giving it a special charm. The living room includes a Smart TV, while the open-plan kitchen-dining area offers views of Plaza Mayor, creating a cosy and stylish atmosphere.

Enjoy the view from the comfortable rocking chairs behind the tall windows, watching the lively hustle and bustle of the square below.

The apartment offers several amenities, including air conditioning in both bedrooms, fans in the rest of the apartment, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV.

Surrounded by a wide range of shops, bars, and terraces, as well as the vibrant atmosphere of the city centre, the apartment also offers easy access to various local attractions. The Club Nåutico is just 15 minutes away, and the train, metro, and bus station at Plaza España is within walking distance.

Additionally, there are two supermarkets on the same street, making it convenient to pick up supplies during your stay.

Please note, this is a second-floor apartment with approximately 25 steps in sections of six steps each. There is no lift available, so climbing stairs is the price to pay for immersing yourself in the charm of this historic property!

My month in Palma

This was my dream and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was great . It had everything you could need. The location is brilliant, where else could you have entertainment right outside your window. I hope to return one day.

Perfect location to offer a toast to Palma's Old Town!

The 2-bedroom apartment on Plaça Mayor is pleasantly furnished with art work and books while being perfectly situated for visiting Palma’s Old Town. With a commanding view of the plaza, one could watch the unfolding of local festivities from the comfort of the apartment while enjoying a glass of Mallorquin wine, beer, or cava; or go outside to mingle with the revelers. On or near the Plaça are numerous cafĂ©s, restaurants, bars, clothing shops, and book stores (antiquarian and English), as well as museums and iconic architectural sites, like La Seu Cathedral. It is a 10-minute walk from the apartment on Carrer RubĂ­ to Plaça España —where with ease one can take the bus or train to points all over the island. MercĂš and Victoria are fantastic hosts. They were particularly helpful with instructions upon my arrival, suggestions of things to do, and directions to iconic food and artisanal markets and where best to view local festivals. A kitchen stocked with essential staples was very much appreciated. The apartment, its location, and my two hosts more than lived up to my expectations. I would heartily recommend this apartment on the Plaça Mayor in the Old Town and look forward to returning to experience the island at another time of year.

Magnifique appartment dans le centre de Palma

Nous somme restĂ© une semaine dans ce sublime appartement et nous ne sommes pas déçus : la grande hauteur sous plafond et sa localisation (le marchĂ© de l'Olivar est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, la grande station de bus/train, incontournable si vous voulez voyager Ă  Majorque, aussi) lui donne de suite un charme particulier. Tout est extrĂȘmement bien meublĂ©, avec le nĂ©cessaire pour faire la cuisine ou mĂȘme la lessive si besoin est. Deux grandes chambres avec des lits trĂšs confortables, un grand salon, une grande salle de bain et une cuisine qui donne directement sur la Plaza Major. L'atmosphĂšre qui se dĂ©gage de cet endroit est fantastique : les chambres sont situĂ©es de l'autre cĂŽtĂ©, du coup on est jamais dĂ©rangĂ© par le bruit (ou si peu : les Ă©boueurs un soir le temps de quelques minutes) et on a tout le temps l'impression d'ĂȘtre au cƓur de la ville. MercĂ© & Victoria sont des hĂŽtes adorables qui sont facilement joignable et n'hĂ©sitent pas Ă  vous donner des idĂ©es pour vos sorties sur Majorque. Aucun vrai dĂ©faut, nous sommes plus que satisfaits de notre semaine dans ce magnifique logement. Petit pincement au cƓur en partant. Plus que recommandable : indispensable ! Merci encore pour ce sĂ©jour !

TrĂšs bien

Appartement grand, confortable, trĂšs bien situĂ©. A proximitĂ© du musĂ©e Fondation March, de la cathĂ©drale, du bar bosch, des commerces, du marchĂ© de l'Olivar (un marchĂ© agrĂ©able et aux prix bas, pour des parisiens). MercĂš est trĂšs sympathique et serviable. Elle parle français et nous a conseillĂ© sur les choses Ă  voir (visites, plages, restaurants). Elle nous a Ă©galement rĂ©servĂ© le taxi pour le retour. Le seul inconvĂ©nient - qui ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ© pour autant - est le bruit du fait de la situation trĂšs centrale de l'appartement (Ă©boueurs le soir trĂšs tard et installations des Ă©choppes le matin tĂŽt). Mais en vacances, c'est tout Ă  fait supportable.

Das wirklich Allerbeste an diesem Objekt hat nichts mit der Lage oder der Ausstattung der Wohnung zu tun. Es handelt sich um die beiden Verwalterinnen, Viktoria und Merce. Diese Beiden sind ein unschlagbares Team, welches mit Charme und Herzlichkeit jedes Problem im Handumdrehen löst. Sie sind perfekt. Leider kann man dieses ĂŒber den Zustand der Wohnung nicht unterstreichen. Diese Wohnung ist beeindruckend, hat auf jeden Fall auch Stil und ist alles andere als Standard. Liebevolle Details wie schöne Bilder und Leuchten tĂ€uschen jedoch leider nicht darĂŒber hinweg, dass viele EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier und da ein paar Nachbesserungen wie Benutzbarkeit aller elektrischen GerĂ€te ( Sicherung springt gern heraus), und ein fixer Handwerker, der alle TĂŒren mal abdichtet und sich der diversen kleinen Schwachstellen mal annimmt, wĂŒrden viel bewirken. Auch die Herrin der Putzlappen könnte noch eins drauf packen. Die Böden ( gerade im Bad) hĂ€tten mehr Zuwendung verdient. Die Betten dagegen waren völlig in Ordnung. Matratzen und Bettzeug gepflegt. Ok, es ist eine Wohnung im alten Stil, die eine schöne Aussicht bietet auf den quirligen Platz. Der Preis liegt hier gewiss nicht zu hoch. Aber ein wenig Feinschliff könnte sie gebrauchen.FĂŒr GĂ€ste, die es gern gerĂ€umig mögen, und die einen zentralen Ausgangsort wĂŒnschen, ist dies eine gute Adresse. Nur bitte daran denken, dass, wenn man innerhalb der Heizperiode anreist, man mit ordentlichen Zusatzkosten fĂŒr Strom rechnen muß. Aber ist ja auch klar, nicht?

If you are looking for a place that is in the heart of the city then the location of this apartment is second to none. The pictures don't lie, you are literally overlooking Plaza Mayor which is buzzing with busy cafes, the smell of food and the sound of music all day long and into the evening. I rented this apartment for a month and was absolutely delighted with it. Merce and Victoria were an absolute pleasure to deal with and everything ran perfectly from my arrival. I was using the place as a base to travel round the island and I couldn't have asked for more as it is close to the main bus and train stations and everything else you would need such as supermarkets etc is just very a short walk away from it. I was always happy to get back to the apartment after travelling and relax watching Plaza Mayor from the main balcony. If I need to stay in Palma again, I will definitely stay here. Thanks again Merce and Victoria, hopefully I'll be back again soon.

Perfetto nel cuore di Palma!

we spent our new year ere in Palma de Mallorca, we nave enjoyed the central location of the apartment that was fullyl equipped and ready to use. The warm welcome of the owner and their assistance during our staying was very enjoyable. I suggest tris apartment and location for Everton that wants to enjoy the life of Palma old town.

La casa bellissima, calda ed accoglienit al secondo piano di un palazzo storico con affaccio sulla caratteristica plaza major. La padrona di casa Ăš stata molto disponibile e cortese. "This is a lovely apartme...

"This is a lovely apartment in the centre of the old Town, overlooking one of the main squares - the aspect is wonderful. The apartment is clean and tidy with beautiful antique looking furniture, high ceilings and lots of character. The owner is extremely helpful and very kindly provided us with all the essentials to start our stay. The views are lovely, overlooking the square, and you are close to all the amenities. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to stay in Palma and soak up the atmosphere of the old Town, at the same time being close to bus and train links to the beaches and places of interest Majorca has to offer."

"Eine sehr schöne Altbauw...

"Eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung in einem 150 Jahre alten GebĂ€ude im 2.Stock. Von der großen KĂŒche gehen 2 Fenster auf die Plaza Mayor (frz.Balkon, auf der am Tage viel los ist. Abends Ruhe. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Sehr sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt (FußgĂ€ngerzone). Alle wichtigen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in Palma fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Plaza d'Espana mit allen Buslinien und Bahnhof in fĂŒnf bis zehn Minuten. Supermarkt direkt unter der Plaza Mayor. Überaus netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Alles Ă€ußerst korrekt verlaufen. Kleine EinschrĂ€nkung: durch die engen Gassen der Altstadt hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster jeden Huster auf der Straße. Aber da Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer kann man das Fenster auch nachts geschlossen halten."
