Situé sur le Mar Menor Golf Resort 5 étoiles, ce magnifique appartement est nouvellement libéré pour 2016. Avec 2 chambres (deux lits jumeaux ou Kingsize), 2 salles de bains, une grande cuisine et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, l'appartement est parfait pour les familles et les golfeurs. Le grand salon bénéficie d'une vue magnifique menant à une grande terrasse pour manger en plein air ou simplement se détendre et profiter de la vue. La climatisation et le chauffage offrent un confort tout au long de l'année, tandis que la télévision par câble, le Wi-Fi et la station d'accueil pour iPod offrent un divertissement supplémentaire. Nice apartment

Had a nice few days at this apartment. Resort is nice and clean. Apartment was missing a few things at start but communicated with property managers and managed to sort or do without. Great to have the pool so close and we managed to have some nice days out locally.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s apartment, no complaints. The apartment was very nice and spacious and a great location on the resort. Especially for my husband’s early morning trips to the driving range and golf course. Nice that it overlooks the pool also, my girls loved it! Definitely recommend

Golf trip

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, although we didn’t cook . Great location in relation to hotel and bars and a fabulous view overlooking the golf course and swimming pool. Kevin was very quick to respond to my emails/questions and the key hand over with Vicky went well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if golfing in the area

Apartment Stay

Really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Spacious with good A/C. Furniture needs replacing to add that slightly more comfortable feel. Nice location on a good site with plenty of amenities. Owner of the apartment is very helpful and thorough in providing you helpful information about the site and the surrounding area. Would recommend to a friend and family member.

Relaxed family break

We had a fantastic week in Mar Menor. The resort was quite immaculate. Kevin organised our use of his apartment at short notice and we were delighted with it. We had a 3 year old and a 3 month old with us. We were given contact details for a local company who we rented a travel cot from. All very easy!

Perfect for the golfers

Was the perfect location for golfing located 2 min walk to the driving range and 5 mins from first tee. We had a car which was essential as the spar and the strip would have been a fair trek, there were some great bars and restaurants on the strip and highly recommend Tasty Bites. The apartment was perfect for our needs although the lift was not working so had to carry golf clubs and cases up to the second floor. We had lots of information from the owner prior to the trip which was really helpful and the keyholder was very welcoming and helpful also.

Location and facilities are brilliant great for family and couples Kevin apartment is ok needs some new furniture as the sofa is in very bad condition the flat needs more homely touches it’s fine for a few days but long stay needs more stuff in kitchen for a family to stay had a nice holiday but was disappointed in the flat as I have stayed on the resort a few times and the other places I stayed in have been far better than this flat would not stay there again

Great Accommodation

Fantastic apartment. Large, with clean modern decor and great balcony overlooking the pool & golf course. The air conditioning throughout was a godsend in the August heatwave. Really close to the centre of the resort and within walking distance of all the on-site amenities, but far enough away to be quiet too. 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, and half an hour from the lovely cities of Cartagena & Murcia. Great communication from Kevin the owner and Vicky who met us on-site. Especially as we were delayed by 3 hrs! Couldn't fault it, highly recommended.

A great apartment - fully recommended!

We spent 5 nights in the apartment & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brian who met us at the resort & showed us round the apartment was incredibly helpful & able to answer any questions we had. The apartment was incredibly clean & modern, you enter into the large open plan kitchen / dining / living area which then leads out on to the balcony, the views from here are wonderful. The master bedroom is en suite & also has its own doors out onto the balcony; the balcony is perfect for sitting out on to eat breakfast & catching some evening sun due to its west facing aspect. There is also a second bedroom & bathroom which were equally as large as the master so there is plenty of space for groups of 4 without a doubt. We used the apartment as a base to spend some time on the beach which is only a short 10 min drive away. For those looking to stay by the pool it is just a short hop downstairs with lovely views over the golf course. Alternatively, for those who are looking to use the golf course & hotel it is only a short walk to the driving range, hotel & full facilities. All in all, a great break in a fantastic apartment, it exceeded our expectations & on returning to the resort we would definitely want to stay in the apartment again.

Très déçue de cette location

Gros problèmes Pas de vaisselle que pour 1 ou 2 personnes et pas pour 4 une seule poêle un seul plat pirex qui rentre dans le micro onde que 2 verres à champagne très peu de verres à pied , très peu de couverts aussi je dois faire marcher le lave vaisselle tous les jours quand on est 2 . Pas de transats et meubles de jardin inconfortables et durs sans coussins. Sinon l appartement est super avec vue imprenable sur le trou numéro 15 car je suis une passionnée de golf aussi idéal pour moi . Problème de télévision française que J avais demandé avec supplément Dans une toilette pas de placard et balai pour WC Chambres pas de chaises J espère que vous allez y remédier

Bon séjour malgré la météo et un appartement décevant eu égard au tarif pratiqué

Mauvaise surprise : nous avons découvert quelques jours avant le début de notre séjour que le golf de Mar Menor ne venait de rouvrir que 9 trous sur 18, les Green des 9 trous du retour étant complètement à refaire. Il nous semble qu’il était malhonnête de ne pas en prévenir les futurs locataires, qu’ils soient des férus de golf comme nous ou non. Nous avions par ailleurs demandé au propriétaire s’il y avait un court de tennis sur le Resort. Il nous avait répondu positivement alors que pas du tout! Concernant l’appartement, notons la bonne qualité de la literie et un contact sympathique avec les property managers. Beaucoup de points négatifs à souligner : volets cassés dans une chambre ; pas d’accès internet les 2 premiers jours, la réparation intervenant le 3e jour ; un canapé d’une autre époque caché par un drap cache-misère : le revêtement de ce vieux canapé partait en miettes ! Même pas un aspirateur dans l’appartement pour ramasser 2 fois par jour ces miettes rouges peu ragoûtantes. D’ailleurs l’équipement de l’appartement était minimaliste : pas de sèche-linge mais un séchoir rouillé et des épingles à linge pourries ; pas de cafetière sinon une de taille ridicule ; un minimum de vaisselle et de couverts ; une seule clé de porte d’entrée ; une hotte aspirante HS ; aucun tapis pour s’essuyer les pieds dans l’entrée. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour car nous avons pu pratiquer le golf sur les autres parcours de la région, à une demi-heure de route en moyenne.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez été déçu. Nous avons répondu honnêtement à toutes vos questions et vous n'avez mentionné le parcours de golf qu'une semaine avant votre arrivée. Je vous ai donné des informations directement du club de golf et ai proposé d'autres cours locaux. Je vous ai aussi dit qu'il y avait des terrains de Padel Tennis. Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié la qualité de l'appartement et la commodité de mon gestionnaire immobilier local. Le problème avec le Wi-Fi a été rapidement résolu et il n'y avait eu aucun problème avec l'obturateur avant votre arrivée. Il semble extrême de se plaindre de la quantité de vaisselle et de couverts. L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes (avec 6 de la plupart des choses) et vous n'étiez que deux. Nous vous fournissons votre clé et le gestionnaire immobilier conserve la pièce de rechange - en cas d'urgence. Au final, vous avez apprécié votre séjour donc votre note de départ est un peu moyenne.

Perfekter Aufenthalt!

Alles wie beschrieben, sehr detaillierte Informationen im Vorfeld, Anreise flexibel und unkompliziert, Vicky hat das super gemacht. Sehr entspannte Zeit mit tollem Ausblick und sichere Umgebung (in Spanien nicht selbstverständlich), Parken überhaupt kein Problem (ohne Auto allerdings wird es schwierig). Bei meiner Rundreise mit sie beste Unterkunft und definitiv die beste Ferienwohnung in 5 Wochen.

Mala limpieza, ojo hay que pagarla fuera de la pagina

Muy mal. Hemos estado cada año en el resort y este ha sido con diferencia el peor. Sin ventiladores de techo, depender de un aire acondicionado por la noche es horrible. Nos obligaron a pagar la limpieza fuera de la página, cosa que hicimos para que no nos anularan la reserva con todo contratado. Tener que llevar una llave siempre sin contar con un cajerin en la puerta para poder guardarla. Cuidado al contratar otra estancia otro inquilino. Todo lleno de polvo y los sillones con el cuero cayendo. Solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico para cada baño, sin detergente para lavadora, ni lavavajillas, que no se pide un bote entero, pero al menos una puesta por cortesía. A evitar otro año.

Lamentamos que no haya disfrutado de su estadía. Normalmente los huéspedes disfrutan del aire acondicionado. ¡No es un gran problema llevar la llave de la puerta! El apartamento es independiente, por lo que debe proporcionar sus propias compras. Lamentamos que haya encontrado polvo, eso no debería suceder.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely spacious apartment, with glorious south facing views over the pool and the golf course. Good location, very near the hotel and it’s facilities. We had a lovely relaxing holiday here and would definitely stay in the apartment again. Kevin was very helpful from start to finish and his property manager was also very good whilst we were there if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this for any family or couple looking for a relaxing getaway in the sunshine!

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is a stunning location with 18-hole golf course, a driving range, mini-golf, padel tennis courts, outdoor gym and a number of swimming pools. It benefits from a wide range of bars/restaurants within the resort. Additionally the thriving "Boulevard" (located at the entrance to the resort ) has a wonderful collection of bars/restaurants that is constantly being enhanced.
Additionally, a 10 minute drive takes you to Las Alcazares and the stunning Mar Menor beach location.

Superb size, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. nicely laid out on one floor with an extensive terrace running the width of the apartment.
Beautiful views across the golf course and the lake with the west facing terrace giving spectacular sunsets.
