Cette maison Mission Beach est Ă  quelques pas de la belle plage Mission. Il est directement derriĂšre les maisons en bord de mer. La belle chose Ă  propos de Mission Beach, c'est que vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement sur un terrain de football dans la baie, ainsi que pour le paddleboard ou le kayak ou le canotage, etc. La maison est Ă  environ cinq minutes Ă  pied des montagnes russes de la plage de la mission et de tous les restaurants qui l'entourent. Il est Ă  environ un mile de Pacific Beach et de tous les restaurants et clubs qu'il a Ă  offrir.

La maison a 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Il y a 1 lit queen dans une chambre et 2 reines avec une salle de bain attenante dans la 2Úme chambre. Nous avons la télévision directe et Internet haute vitesse sans frais. La maison a AC. Il y a un grand patio ouvert sur San Luis Obispo Place idéal pour profiter d'un dßner avec vos amis / familles à l'extérieur!

Il y a de nombreuses attractions à proximité si vous décidez de vous aventurer depuis la maison (la plupart ne le font pas). Nous sommes à moins de 8 km du quartier de Gaslamp, de Sea World, de la vieille ville de San Diego, du parc Balboa, du zoo de San Diego, de Hillcrest, de Little Italy, des jeux Charger, des jeux Padre et du San Diego Convention Center.
La maison elle-mĂȘme est un duplex Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Je reste ici quand ce n'est pas louĂ© et je l'aime. Il a deux chambres et deux salles de bain (super d'avoir la deuxiĂšme baignoire). Il y a un lit queen dans la premiĂšre chambre et un lit queen et double dans la deuxiĂšme chambre. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose d'une baignoire douche tandis que la premiĂšre est uniquement une douche. Il a un excellent Internet partout et une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans chaque chambre avec des tĂ©lĂ©commandes par cĂąble. Il y a toujours des draps propres et beaucoup de serviettes pour la maison et la plage.
Je possÚde d'autres locations de vacances et je prends trÚs au sérieux mes séjours locataires. Je veux rendre votre séjour agréable et faire tout ce que je peux pour fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant la durée de votre séjour.

This was our fourth year in a row staying at this beach house. The day it’s no longer available to vacation in will be heartbreaking for us! It’s close to the beach, comfortable, relatively easy to get to. Every year we come back there’s some sort of improvement they’ve made. We love this place and we’ll be back!!!

San Diego bay/ocean

The 717 San Luis Obsipo was ok. We think that it is ok for weekends or 3-4 days but not three weeks. The kitchen is very very very small, just one drawer for cutlery. No pyrex bowls, several bowls said that they couldn't use for microwaves, etc. We had a big dog and we couldn't eat in restaurants very day and cooking was not good because of the small kitchen. The bedrooms, baths, washer/dryer. were great.

Great Property with One Major Flaw

The property was just as described and very clean/tidy. Everything was well stocked. It was great to have garage parking just a heads up that a mid size SUV is the largest you could probably fit in there. Location was very nice with easy access to the beach or bay and only a brief walk to the pier or Belmont park. Now to the main FLAW. The walls are so thin!! This isn’t something that I blame the owner for but it is something I think people should be aware of. The unit is on the first floor and you hear every movement of the guests upstairs. From walking to closing cabinets and rolling their suit cases. We had guests stay above us that had a kid that played ball in the house and there was constant stomping, running, chairs moving and dogs barking starting at 6am. So if you are a sensitive sleeper or easily annoyed by noise I would consider another property. Note to host. I’m not sure what the listing says for the upstairs unit but informing them to be curious to the downstairs guests should definitely be in the rules. :)

Perfect!

This is our second time staying here. I love this place. I love how close it is to the beach, it’s cozy, and a perfect spot! The week we were here there were dolphins right on the shore every morning too! The only thing I struggled with was the tv. None of us could figure out how to turn on the Roku on any of the tv’s in the house. We thought maybe it was battery related but I just assumed it was my own fault. We will be back!

We loved the place, the set-up, the location and the decor. Location is about 50 paces from the Mission Beach boardwalk and close to basic necessities (within 1 block). The host was very responsive to our requests. We are strongly considering requesting this spot again next year. Our dog was so happy to be there, we had trouble getting him back in the car when it was time to leave.

Great Location

Loved the location of this property. It is just a half a block from the beach so you get the beach without the crowds and noise. There is a great coffee shop just a block away that I went to every morning. I took advantage of the washer and dryer because I booked for an extended stay. I would highly recommend this property.

We had small black ants in the kitchen. The people who rented the upstairs apt were very noisy. I talked to them once and told them nicely but it didn't seem to help.

Mission beach

Perfect location only 50 yards from mission beach, coffee shop right across the street, barely had to drive anywhere . House had everything we needed and the patio/fire pit was a real gem and where we spent most of our time. SInce this is one block off the boardwalk, privacy is much better than similar boardwalk options. Would happily stay again.

Great location

Nice clean property with sufficient room for a family of 6. Really enjoyed the perfect location between Belmont Park, steps from Mission Beach and quick walk across the street to Mission Bay to catch the summer time fireworks from Sea World.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at San Luis Obispo! We spent a lot of time on the generous sized patio. The bbq grill and fire pit were great! It was nice not to pack beach towels....one less thing to worry about.

Great Beach House

We loved our time at this property. The beach is literally a 45-second walk from the front door. We found lots of sea shells and enjoyed our time together. Thanks for sharing this cute little beach cottage with us.

Great Area

4 of us stayed for 5 days. Our plane got in earlier than check in and the management was accommodating as there was no one prior to us staying and let us check in a few hours early. Such a relief. Location was perfect. 2 very short blocks to the beach. A cute little mart across the road and a block down that basically had anything you needed if forgotten. Management was quick to reply and message with questions. Location makes it about 20 minutes to most attractions. Multiple bike rentals near by. CVS about a mile and a half away great morning walk also by Ralph’s Grocery. We would definitely stay here again or at another one of their properties!

Great family property

We stayed on both the top and bottom units for a family wedding. Great location and property. Hosts were extremely responsive and provided all the help we needed. Highly recommend.

Not suitable for quiet relaxation but the location is great

The location is amazing, the noisy upstairs tenants made relaxing difficult. It sounds like they are moving furniture and stomping which I’m sure they weren’t but it was pretty bad. The place is tidy but by no means clean. Bring your own pillows and extra blankets too. The pillows provided have a fishy smell and there were no extra blankets.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this property for 5 nights. The location is ideal—steps away from the ocean & Mission Bay. Restaurants nearby with easy access to freeway to explore other areas of San Diego. We enjoyed the fire pit on the patio. Another group was renting the upstairs unit during our stay, but we hardly noticed them. The property manager was attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. Thankfully we had no issues during our stay but I have no doubt if there had been a problem the manager would have been very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
