Big Red's Cabin est une cabine ski-in-ski out à Angel Fire, NM. Vous apprécierez cette maison de 2800 pieds carrés située sur un acre, directement sur la piste de ski Headin 'Home. Cette cabine sans fumée peut accueillir 12 personnes dans les 3 chambres et une chambre avec lits superposés surdimensionnée. Une grande grande salle, cuisine, suite parentale, buanderie et salle d'eau se trouvent au niveau principal. La suite principale comprend une télévision, un lit king-size, une buanderie et une grande salle de bains principale. Le niveau inférieur de la cabine comprend deux chambres, 2 salles de bains, la chambre avec lits superposés, une salle de ski / boue et une buanderie. La chambre avec lits superposés comprend deux lits superposés jumeaux, un canapé, une télévision, un DVD et une Wii.

Profitez de la grande terrasse de 530 pieds carrés du salon et de la suite principale. Admirez la nature et, espérons-le, attirez quelques visiteurs, car nous avons souvent des cerfs et des wapitis sur la propriété.

La cabine est Ă  environ 30 mĂštres de la piste de ski. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur l'un des deux ponts ou regarder par les grandes fenĂȘtres et regarder les skieurs passer.

Les clients sont responsables de tous les articles consommables. Nous avons un gril au propane, nous remplissons le réservoir plusieurs fois par an, mais nous ne pouvons garantir à tout moment que les réservoirs soient pleins.

Angel Fire

Cabin was great for our mountain biking get away. Very clean and comfortable cabin, lots of spices, kitchen tools to make dinner with. Soap (dish and hand soap) was available, unlike the posting says. Will definitely be back next year!!

Excellent Family Ski Trip

Our family has been going to Angel Fire for the past several years. If you’re looking for the convenience of ski in/out then look no further. Hike 20 yards off the back deck and you are standing on Headin Home ski trail. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Just a 15 minute drive up the mountain from the base made for a great stay for our family ski trip. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place is great, the furnishings are incredible the kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to prepare great meals. Location to ski run can’t be beat.

Winter Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation. Best part, the ski-in and ski-out! Can't beat the location if you are looking for this particular feature. House was great, the rooms are spacious. House had all the essentials we could need. Communication with the host was timely. We are seriously considering rebooking for next year!

Great location on the mountain

This was our 2nd time at the cabin and it was just as good as we remembered! Great location and easy on and off the trails. Kiddos had a blast with all the snow . If you are looking for a family friendly location you have to check this place out!

Spoiled by location!

The location of the house was superb. Beautiful views with nightly deer visits! The ski in and ski out was priceless and I won’t be able to stay somewhere without that feature now. We are spoiled! Beds were comfy with plenty of options. Bathrooms were spacious and having 2 laundry rooms was very convenient while traveling with the entire family. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Extra bedding would have been nice but not a reason to not book!

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful and offered more than what we needed to have a comfortable stay. The property is right off the resort and we could watch some of the mountain bikers pass by on the trail yet it was still very peaceful. Thanks you Tamika and Nick, for letting us enjoy your space!

Thanksgiving 2021

Big Red’s Cabin was the perfect setting for our “vacay Thanksgiving.” It was our first time away from home for this holiday and we could not have chosen a better cabin for our family Thanksgiving! Every detail of the cabin in the description is accurate and had the slopes been open, would have made a perfect ski-in/out destination! We were able to enjoy snow, however, and the kids had a great time sledding, both on the property and on the slope, a few feet away. We would like to REINFORCE the recommendation for a 4WD vehicle AND chains, as the driveway is particularly steep and snow particularly slick. Our 4WD did great, until it didn’t, and we would definitely recommend chains! The downstairs set-up is ideal for a bunch of kids and/or combined families. The snow mudroom is a total plus for winter sports and the garage is great for unloading and loading for large groups. The master suite is private and relaxing and the gathering space and fireplace is super for togetherness! Angel Fire has an excellent grocery store with very reasonable prices which made our stay easy, as provisions were just a short drive down the mountain from the cabin. Special highlights were snow :) and seeing deer and (I’m not kidding) an elk herd of about 75 strong coming up El Camino Real road one evening. We especially enjoyed this encounter! We would love to return one day during ski season, as this property is ideal for skiers!

Absolutely Beautiful

Ten of us (3 families) stayed and the house and property were amazing. The house was beautiful and offered much more than advertised. There were spices, oils, coffee, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and the three showers kept up with all of us taking turns. The special items were the chopped firewood on-site and the Wii in the kids bunk room! You can tell this property owner keeps a wonderful rental and allows items that previous renters leave unused to be passed along for those who stay next such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper, etc. The only thing I didn’t notice about the property was the elevation of around 9,600 feet. It bothered a few of us but it wasn’t so bad that we couldn’t handle the discomfort. I highly recommend!

Wonderful location and house...but

We had an overall great spring break vacation in Angel Fire. The house location was fantastic, right on the slope! The house itself was perfect for our family and young kids. They especially liked the Wii in the kid's bunk room. Unfortunately, we encountered some pretty pungent sewer smells coming from the septic tank right off the back of the property. It seemed to get worse as our stay progressed, where by the end, we weren't able to enjoy the back deck at the end of our day of skiing. I imagine this will resolve itself once it gets pumped as we were most likely the last group of the ski season. Overall, I would enthusiastically stay here again, if the septic is dealt with.

Great location

This is a true ski-in and out property. House is great. Deer greeted us every morning. Driveway was challenging for all of our 4WD vehicles but we did it! Ceiling in master bed had some leaks due to roof issues, but owner responded promptly. I would highly recommend this place!

Location!

First Ski in Ski out experience and it was amazing. The cabin is located a little more than 1/2 way down heading home ski run. Great floorplan.

Wonderful property

beautiful property right on the slope. Ski in, ski out. We visited in the summertime and deer slept in the backyard. It was a truly relaxing and enchanting experience. House was layer out perfectly for the intended use. Upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities. Great place to enjoy some needed downtime.
