Cette maison du centre de Phoenix, fraîchement rénovée et entièrement meublée, peut être louée à la nuit ou au mois. Situ�� dans le charmant quartier de Bel Air, cette maison dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec une casita en option. La cuisine gastronomique est entièrement approvisionnée pour votre plaisir de cuisiner et comprend un îlot de 48 pieds, 7 pieds, des fours doubles, une table de cuisson à gaz et des comptoirs en granit poli. Le salon confortable dispose de plafonds voûtés et de canapés en duvet, d'une cheminée et d'une télévision à écran plat 42 pouces. Une énorme table de salle à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king et une nouvelle salle de bain en travertin. La chambre du milieu a deux lits jumeaux et la troisième chambre a un lit queen. La cour entièrement clôturée accepte les animaux domestiques. Ceci est une maison non fumeur.

Great place

Tracy was amazing we didn’t have a pack n play and she went out and bought one for us. The backyard is huge and the kitchen is perfect. We loved the house we will be back.

Great home!

We rented this house because it was close to Spring Training field, 15 minute drive to Am Fam field. What a delight! We loved the big kitchen, a Chef’s dream, and cooked our own meals most nights. As the only woman in the group, I loved the casita! It was nice to have a space all to myself! Communication with management was excellent, too!

Ideal house for our trip

The house was clean and had everything we needed, the hosts checked in on us and were prompt to answer a couple questions. Was an ideal spot for 5 of us to gather while in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

What a great place to stay, six of us were in town for a tennis tournament and every evening we spent time on the patio. Very cozy and inviting house. Plan on staying here again.

Really clean, nicely furnished, with a patient property manager. Big backyard for in town, cover carport with electric door, modern update in the house. Overall, a super place.

Brewer Baseball Trip a bust - Stay at place was Great!

This property was very nice. We went for walks in the neighborhood in the mornings. We came to AZ to watch the Brewers, however due to the pandemic games were cancelled. All destinations we had to drive to. The place was very spacious and clean. Very well stocked kitchen and all information given was very accurate. Thank-you for allowing us to stay at your home!

My stay was amazing! The place was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place is close to lots of my favorite spots in Arizona.

Overall a good rental

We enjoyed staying here everything in the main house was good except the towels seemed to have been cleaned a long time ago...and the forth bedroom with the laundry room had NO A/C at all and it’s an extra charge to use it. But overall the house was comfortable well stocked and very homey. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great house. Great location for Spring Training!

The house was just as advertised. Upon final payment, received a "Welcome" e-mail from Tracy with all the pertinent details and information for our stay. The house was well-stocked with everything we required and more. Had 1 issue with a slow drain in the master bath. E-mailed Tracy on Tuesday evening and she had someone out to fix it on Wednesday. We were gone for the day, but when we got back to the house the job was done. 6 of us spent a week here for Spring Training. The location was perfect if you want to visit multiple ball parks, as it is centrally located within about 30 minutes of all ballparks in all directions. If you are interested in only 1 team/ballpark, you can find something closer, but for our purposes this was perfect. Will definitely try to get this house again next time we go for Spring Training. Thank you Tracy!

Nice home - close to downtown

This rental was in good shape, and as advertised, very well stocked. The kitchen was a beautiful centrailized space in the home and the living room was spacious but cozy. Loved the privacy in the back yard. Any requests/issues we did have were responded to /taken care of promptly. Convenient proximity to I17, lightrail, costco/target, etc. The only upgrade I would give is a roku with netflix/prime video or a chromecast since, as advertised, there is no cable, but we brought our own so it was fine. If I was here for a weekend it wouldnt matter but we stayed 5 weeks. Anyway, great rental!

All the comforts and convenience's of home!

This home is everything the pictures, description and reviews tell and MORE! Our families plans changed after booking this rental and I was worried that the home might not accommodate my new plans. Wow, was I wrong. Our family was visiting from California on the week of Thanksgiving and I was originally not suppose to cook Thanksgiving dinner, but ended up doing so. This kitchen had EVERYTHING! Literally it was like being in my own home. Aside from all that you need in the kitchen, the backyard is wonderful, the casita is adorable and quiet, and the beds are so comfy! Quiet neighborhood and close to some of the best restaurants in the growing central Phoenix area! I would definitely stay again. Quite honestly I did not want to leave!!

Excellent spot, near shopping, downtown and sport/music venues. Great big island in the kitchen making for pleasant chats and a few beavies!. Well worth it!

Great amenities & Superb location

15 Min from the airport. 15 Min from Scottsdale and great shopping/food. 10 Min from downtown. 10 Min from all sporting venues. Arizona State fair was great fun this past October. Grand Canyon cannot be described with words. Jerome and the wine tasting was a fun time. Sedona is absolutely breathtaking. The house was amazing, clean and has everything you could ask for in it other than your clothing.

A pleasant getaway to sunshine

Was part of two families who stayed at this house. Very nice place with plenty of space, and a short drive/cab ride to downtown Phoenix. Orange and lemon trees were a pleasant surprise that added to a very enjoyable experience!
