A ÉTÉ COMPLÈTEMENT RÉNOVÉ ET RESTAURÉ À L'AUTOMNE DE 2014! TOUS NOUVEAUX MEUBLES, PEINTURE, TAPIS, DANS UN DÉCOR DE STYLE À LA MONTAGNE. Cette maison de ville est situĂ©e sur Park Avenue, Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques du Park City Mountain Resort. Le tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge de la ville et la rue principale du quartier historique de Park City se trouvent Ă  le bus gratuit facilement accessible. (Pas besoin de voiture!) Ces maisons de ville offrent une option abordable pour un hĂ©bergement en plein centre-ville, prĂšs des pistes de ski, des boutiques et des restaurants.

Il y a trois niveaux dans cette maison de ville et sa superficie est d’environ 1400 pieds carrĂ©s. L'entrĂ©e (porte d'entrĂ©e) fait en fait face Ă  une zone de pont partagĂ©e oĂč se trouve le spa commun. Il s'agit du niveau intermĂ©diaire de la maison de ville, oĂč vous trouverez la cuisine, le salon et la salle Ă  manger combinĂ©s, ainsi que l'une des salles de bain complĂštes. Le garage est au niveau infĂ©rieur juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la rue; la quatriĂšme chambre et laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sont Ă  ce niveau aussi. La chambre principale et les deuxiĂšme et troisiĂšme chambres se trouvent au dernier Ă©tage, avec une salle d'eau dans le couloir et une salle de bain complĂšte attenante Ă  la chambre principale.

Salon: foyer au gaz, téléviseur à écran plat de 60 pouces, canapé-lit queen en mousse à mémoire de forme.

Cuisine: Séparée de la salle à manger et du salon par un comptoir en granit, la cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour préparer les repas.

Salle Ă  manger: 8 places assises, plus 3 tabourets au comptoir de la cuisine.

Chambres Ă  coucher:
Master - Lit King, nouvelle télévision 32 pouces à écran plat, dressing, salle de bain complÚte attenante avec entrée du maßtre et du couloir (partagé avec d'autres chambres). Il y a une vanité privée dans le maßtre juste devant la porte dans la salle de bain.

Ski Trip

Well-located house for a park city ski trip. Accommodations were in-line with the photos, town was easy to access, and the ski slope was a 5-7 minute walk from the house. No issues during the stay.

Perfect location, roomy and comfortable

Chose this house for location and size, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the great amenities. Hosts were extremely responsive to our requests, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the kitchen is well stocked with good pots, pans, and utensils. Fold out bed was actually comfortable, and the fireplace was perfect. Highly recommended.

Good but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the VRBO was a decent rental, but we did have a couple of problems. The place was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival (found dirty socks, used contacts in the bathroom, and chips on the floor in kitchen). Additionally, we found used cigarettes on the balcony and the downstairs bedroom had a very strong cigarette smell. However, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and all bedrooms had a humidifier which came in handy. Hot tub was great, but couldn't use past 8pm which was limiting. Location was super convenient with easy access to Mtn Village/lifts and downtown PC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was used for our annual week in PCMR, which we have done now for close to 8 years. The location worked very well and it was perfect for what we needed. The unit is a bit tired, and could use a refresh - bedding was showing its age, there was grout missing from sink areas, we had a closet door remove itself from the tracks, and the entry from the garage smelled like an ashtray. The hot tub is not private and comes with very strict rules, around times of use and what buttons you can and cannot push. The cable box on the TV is need of upgrade or replacement as anything 'on-demand' caused buffering issues and in some cases the app just crashed requiring a whole reset of the system. The driveway and garage were very useful, although a snowbank took about a third of the usable driveway space. Overall, the layout worked well for our group and we had a great time.

Great place for a family reunion

Such a great place for our cousins reunion -- the skiing half of us loved the proximity to the slopes, and the rest of us loved the hot tub, big table for puzzles, and walkability to everything in town. Easy check-in and exceptional communication about all of the details. Thanks!

Great location, outdated apartment

This property is great if you’re looking for a good location and are not worried about the amenities. A few key things need updating: furniture (ie broken drawers), shower (temperamental faucets) and some rooms are too small for the furniture placed in them. However, location is very central - an easy walk from the mountain (for adults and older children) and close walk from Main Street.

Adequate, but disappointing

There were several issues here, mostly minor but irritating. I think there were multiple causes, some the property itself, some the management company/cleaning service, and some perhaps due to Covid. The property is definitely old and worn. A piece of the kitchen countertop tile fell off on our first day, and the stove had been pulled out if it's slot enough that you couldn't open the dishwasher. A cabinet in a bedroom had drawers with broken pulls. Multiple light bulbs throughout the property were burnt out - so we bought replacements so the place wasn't so dark. When we arrived there were 2 women's swim suits left in one bathroom. There was no information in the unit as to local bus routes or dining options - sure we could find it out for ourselves, but providing handy information is the mark of a good host or management company. None of these ruined the trip, but overall left a bad impression of the unit and management company. We've stayed at many properties in Colorado over the years and never encountered so many issues.

Not bad, overall. The location is good, close to ski area, lifts, and resturaunts. The property it self is just adequate, nothing special. Strict hot tub rules, small bathrooms, only one shower on top level, and one shower on the mid-level. The little bedroom adjacent to the garage is very cold. This is likely just a rental unit, no upgrades. Decor and fixtures are dated and needing some attention. Some door handles are loose or broken. It had basic kitchen supplies. Exccellent TV and internet if thats your thing.

This is a well maintained, wonderfully convenient condo. Will 100% rent again and would recommend. Great process for late arrival and super nice folks. HUGE FAN !!!!

Great location for resort activities

Great location; bus stop to mountain base is across the street, and is a short drive to Main Street. Property has a shared hot tub, but they restrict usage to before 8pm, and it was a popular spot. We just had to take turns with other guests after the mountain closed. Checkin process was was not clear when they confirmed via VRBO - just know you have to go to the property rental office in order to get instructions to access property.
