Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et très confortables. Le village, avec une gâche fixe, a à 15 km de belles rues étroites où les pins et la Méditerranée, vous pourrez faire d'agréables promenades ou le jogging. La plage est privée et pour la période de Juillet et Août toujours contrôlée par le maître-nageur et équipé d'un kiosque à portée de main (à certaines périodes de l'année, en fonction du courant, il peut y avoir le poseidonie). Même le centre sportif avec courts de tennis, bowling, football, basket-ball et une aire de jeux pour les enfants, devient à cette époque aussi un lieu de divertissement avec cinéma en plein air, des soirées musicales et l'après-midi avec des activités pour les enfants. Idéal pour deux familles ou un groupe d'amis est à proximité des belles plages et très populaire. Dans la marina à proximité, vous pouvez organiser des excursions en bateau ou la plongée. Pula, près du centre, offre de nombreux restaurants, attractions touristiques, discothèque, parc aquatique et les belles ruines de Nora où en été vous avez organisé un festival de théâtre dans son théâtre frappante. Dans la région peut également bénéficier d'une école d'équitation et du golf à Is Molas.

Amazing stay

Perfect holiday home for all ages. Amazing home, less than 5 mins from peaceful private beach, clean and great air con. Christina/lucetta made us feel very welcome and were extremely attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend and definitely return in future

Relaxing and Quiet

Our group of six stayed at the house for seven days. The house is very comfortable and situated in a lovely pine forest. There is a small beach within walking distance which, depending on the current can either be clear or full of seagrass. We enjoyed our stay very much and Cristina is a wonderful host

Bellissima vacanza a Santa Margherita di Pula

La villa di Cristina e sua sorella Lucietta è immersa in una pineta a pochi passi dal mare e fa parte di un condominio molto silenzioso e poco trafficato. La villa, oltre che funzionale, ha una gradevole struttura architettonica ed è circondata da un giardino privato curato e ricco piante ornamentali. Le numerose stanze da letto, ciascuna col proprio bagno e gli spazi comuni sono confortevoli e arredati con gusto. La cucina è ben attrezzata sia di stoviglie che di elettrodomestici. Le più famose spiagge della zona e i centri di attrazione turistica sono raggiungibili in auto in poco tempo. Pula, a soli 6 km, offre servizi di ristoro, negozi e tutto il necessario per una permanenza prolungata. Le proprietarie sono state accoglienti e disponibili per venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Torneremo appena possibile

Großzügiges Haus für Familie und Freunde

Wir waren mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene u 4 Kinder) für 3 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und haben einen tollen Urlaub und reibungslosen Urlaub erlebt. Wie auch bei anderen Bewertungen schon zu lesen ist, stimmt die Objektbeschreibung mit der Realität voll überein. D.h. überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung u gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Der Garten war noch viel größer als wir erwartet hatten. Gute Strände und Restaurants sind innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Pula liegt in dieser Entfernung und bietet viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unsere Kinder haben auch gerne den Spielplatz in der Anlage genutzt.

Large spacious property, both inside and out. Comfortable beds, excellent aircon, nice outdoor area with table tennis table ! Quiet location, easy walk to small local beach (Kayak and SUP hire) but car required to venture further afield. Small supermarket in walking distance. On site social club serving food (burgers etc). Good location with lots to do within 20mins drive. Pula town just up the road with big supermarkets, shops and lots of restaurants.

Fantastic villa in a green paradise

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. The villa is beautiful. We had a 1 year-old who was walking already and there are lots of random stairs and steps so it was a bit tough to babyproof. The garden is stunning and we felt like we were in paradise the whole time. Would definitely come back.

jederzeit gerne wieder

Das Objekt entspricht vollumfänglich den Vorgaben im Inserat. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Der Check in war völlig problemlos. Als erfahrene Sardinienurlauber konnten wir sehr schnell feststellen, daß dieses Haus deutlich über das sonst gebotene Maß hinaus ausgestattet ist. Es fehlte einfach nichts, was für Küche und Alltagsbewältigung notwendig ist. Man merkt, daß es sich hier nicht um ein einfaches Ferienhaus handelt. Die vier Schlafzimmer und diversen Wohnräume bieten großzügigen Platz auch für mehrere Erwachsene. Der große Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt, der Fußweg zum Strand ein Spaziergang. Das Auto kann bequem im großen Garten abgestellt werden, die Pinienbäume geben reichlich Schatten. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war jederzeit zuvokommend und herzlich, Check out und Abreise konnten wir einvernehmlich nach unseren Wünschen gestalten. Fazit: jederzeit gerne wieder.

Casa perfetta per due famiglie

Cristina e Lucetta sono state due host eccezionali. Prodighe di consigli sulla zona, precise e molto disponibili al check in e check out. Sono state molto veloci durante il nostro soggiorno nel sistemare una piccola problematica della casa. L’abitazione è molto grande e particolarmente funzionale per due famiglie con bambini. Il giardino è grande e ombreggiato con varie amenità per i bambini (calcetto e ping pong). Con piccole accortezze e ristrutturazioni qua e la’ può essere la soluzione ideale per visitare questa bellissima zona della Sardegna. Unica pecca da segnalare: la spiaggia di fronte e nelle vicinanze ha molte poseidonie per cui purtroppo non è frequentabile. Ma Chia è a 10 minuti di macchina e merita! Grazie Cristina e Lucetta per la vostra pazienza e gentilezza.

Splendida vacanza

Villa bellissima dotata di tutti i confort inserita in una bellissima pineta. Piena disponibilità di qualsiasi cosa possa occorrere in una casa. Spazi comuni molto, ma molto ampi. Camere da letto grandi con servizi igienici adeguati. Spazi esterni enormi e disponibilità di tavolo ping-pong (con racchette e palline), biliardino e biciclette. In conclusione una scelta eccellente per una vacanza in compagnia.

Vacanza rilassante fra amici

La casa è grande e corrisponde alla descrizione. Ideale per rilassarsi perché molto silenziosa. L'interno è accogliente con possibilità di diversi divani, utili nelle giornate di pioggia. Per grandi e piccoli il ping pong e il calcio balilla sono valide alternative alla spiaggia. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. L'area è tranquilla e sicura. A nostro parere è necessario avere un auto per potersi spostare nelle spiagge vicine di Chia o per visitare Pula e Nora. Raccomandato per una vacanza in famiglia e con amici.

Beautiful house, great location

The house is beautiful. The only remark is the outdoor furniture. The furniture is dated and a bit flimsy. The dining table outside looks very fragile. The entrances of the house a bit overgrown with hedges. All in all beautiful house with beautiful location.

Ottima per vacanze in famiglia nella zona

Casa perfettamente corrispondente a quanto descritto ed aspettato. Casa tenuta bene e pulitissima. Casa di architetto molto gradevole e ben attrezzata. Ideale per delle vacanze con bambini, va benissimo per due famiglie. Proprietaria molto disponibile.

bellissima villa immersa nel verde

Buongiorno Cristina, abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza nella sua casa. Gli spazi sono funzionali, l'arredamento vivace, ottimo il rapporto con il giardino mediterraneo. Si cena meravigliosamente sulla terrazza, vicini alla cucina, circondati dal fresco del giardino e dai gerani curati. Consiglio certamente la villa a chi viaggia in famiglia o con gli amici, le zone comuni sono belle da condividere, ma poi ognuno ha la possibilità di isolarsi nella sua tranquillità. A presto Luisa

Vacanza bella, confortevole e rilassante

Mi è piaciuta molto la casa e il giardino dove mi sono rilassato molto. Ho apprezzato il contesto condominiale, in particolare la zona sportiva e i campi da tennis.Comoda anche la bella spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri e bella la passeggiata sulla lunga spiaggia del Forte Village raggiungibile a piedi. Indimenticabili i dintorni. Grazie ai proprietari che sono molto disponibili e cordiali. I liked the house very much as well as the garden where we relaxed a lot. I appreciated the complex especially the sports area and tennis courts. Useful also having the beach only a few hundred meters away and nice to have the long beach to Forte Village close by on foot. Wonderful the surround areas.Thanks to the owners who were always available for any need.

abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa nel mese di agosto e abbiamo trovato una sistemazione molto comoda e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i servizi utili e necessari ben funzionanti (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, barbecue ecc), immersa nel verde e vicinissima al mare che, ahimè, non abbiamo frequentato per la presenza di alghe. la cortesia dei proprietari completa il profilo di questa sistemazione che consigliamo vivamente. ci torneremo!
