Poutres au plafond, des finitions Ă©lĂ©gantes en chĂȘne et un mobilier Ă©lĂ©gant, il est particuliĂšrement chaleureux et l'atmosphĂšre accueillante de ce joli petit grenier. La chambre principale est sur une mezzanine oĂč vous pourrez profiter du merveilleux aperçu de la Tour et de la Basilique palladienne. Le grenier est Ă©quipĂ© de pompe Ă  chaleur air qui assure le chauffage et la climatisation. Dans la cuisine, micro-ondes, deux plaques de cuisson plaque Ă©lectrique, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec congĂ©lateur, vaisselle de service, les verres et les casseroles. Un vieux style "placard" peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme un garde-manger. Dans la cabine de douche de salle de bains, ventilateur et sĂšche-cheveux. Un placard oĂč vous placez un aspirateur qui permet de stocker des chaussures, des sacs et des valises. Dans le salon avec TV 22 pouces LED pour un canapĂ©-lit peut offrir un sĂ©jour de quatre personnes. Une demande est une deuxiĂšme chambre double Ă  l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur. L'isolation du plafond et tout le systĂšme d'Ă©clairage a Ă©tĂ© conçu avec des matĂ©riaux respectueux de l'environnement. Toutes les lumiĂšres dans le grenier sont certifiĂ©s Megaman.

Dans l'intimité du Palladio ...

La vue sur la Basilique palladienne est proprement stupĂ©fiante. C'est un appartement particuliĂšrement bien placĂ© pour explorer cette merveilleuse ville. Il est confortable et trĂšs correctement Ă©quipĂ© (Ă  l'exception de la wifi, un peu poussive et capricieuse, mais il nous a suffi de descendre 2 marches pour rĂ©soudre le problĂšme en nous rapprochant de la box situĂ©e dans l'appartement de dessous ...) . A noter que les amateurs de grand calme risquent d'ĂȘtre un peu perturbĂ©s par le bruit que font, le soir, promeneurs et clients des bars et restaurants. Cela ne nous a pas vraiment gĂȘnĂ©s. Il nous a suffi de fermer les fenĂȘtres pour nous endormir, et c'est le prix Ă  payer pour jouir d'un des plus beaux paysages urbains que l'on puisse imaginer ... ChĂšre Anna, nous reviendrons Ă  Vicence profiter de votre accueil chaleureux et de votre beau studio.

"Le séjour était trÚs agréable dans un appartement tres bien équipée et completement rénové en plein coeur de Vicence; donnant directement sur la basilique palladienne, une pure merveille. Les meilleurs commerces sont à deux pas. Bref toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour un séjour inoubliable, à quoi s''ajoutent la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire Madame Castellani, par ailleurs d''excellent conseil sur les lieux à voir, et les parcours secrets de Vicence"

Charming apartment! Best location in Vicenza!

The apartment was sparkling clean and well furnished. It felt like home, and we hated to leave. We will certainly be back and stay here again. Location can’t be beat for exploring old town by foot. Owner replied quickly to questions.

Awesome!

This was the perfect apartment to stay in in Vicenza - clean, great owner, and a fantastic location. We stayed for 3 nights. It was during the jazz festival, which made it a little noisier than usual, but it was very fun to listen to the music as we relaxed in the evenings. Vicenza is perfectly sized for a few days exploration- we have been to Venice many times, but had overlooked this gem of a town. I recommend the teatro, and the many other buildings designed by Palladio. Don’t miss this town - and when you do visit, I highly recommend this perfectly placed apartment.

In A Word- Impressed!

Anna (and Claudia) were very helpful prior to arrival and answered all our questions via email (even checking if the TV had a USB port, which it did but sadly could not read our hard drive with movies). Everything is as advertised. The appartment was very clean, and I'm someone who is slightly OCD when it comes to these things (I didn't even use the disinfectant wipes I brought!). There was maybe a little dust which is unavoidable due to the location of the aparment (which is spectacular). Yes, the apartment is on the 5th floor, which is a ways to walk but a perfect way to burn off the pasta/pizza/gelato my husband and I were eating. The bathroom is well proportioned and comfortable. There are sheets and towels provided. The wifi didn't work too well for us, and my husband found that the heater played up a bit for him since he takes a longer shower and sometimes the heated water ran out. There are blankets and extra duvets if you get chilly as well. The kitchen area is equipped well with a microwave, cutlery, etc. There is a hair dryer, iron, pretty much all the basics you might need. There are even brochures and maps and guides to various places inside and out of Vicenza. Vicenza was great. Much lest touristy, which we liked, but still lovely. About 45 minutes away from Venice, Padua and Verona by train (amongst others) so a great place to stay (and cheaper) if you want to visit these places. My husband and I would love to come back to stay here or any property managed by Anna since based on our stay at this property she obviously has a high standard of quality for a very reasonable price.

LA MANSARDA

The stay was wonderful in Vicenza, on all aspects, especially because we were approved upon by the owner of the apartment that proved kind, friendly and very nice. The apartment is very cozy, well-equipped and carefully arranged. The location of the property is magnificent, the view from the window is bucolic and beautiful, close to all shops, restaurants and station. Certainly go a beautiful lodge and Vicenza me again in this beautiful property.

Lovely little apartment in the center of Vicenza

We rented the apartment for almost three weeks. It is ideally located in the center of Vicenza and yet at a walking distance from the railway station. The apartment was very cozy, clean and in a good shape. (There is no lift in the house but this was not a problem for us.) The owner was extremely kind and professional, always willing to help and answered our emails promptly before arrival. All in all, we liked our stay so much that we'll be returning this year!

Ideale

Thoroughly recommended. This was an ideal small flat for a couple spending a short time in the lovely city of Vicenza. It's in a wonderful position on the south side of the famous Basilica, not only on account of its view over the bustling square but because of its proximity to small shops selling delicious foodstuffs. Of particular delight to anyone who enjoys good food is the local pasticceria. Signora Castellani is a gracious and welcoming hostess who speaks excellent English.

"Abbiamo soggiornato mio marito io e le mie tre bambine, l''ultima di 10 mesi. Anche se non enorme la mansarda ci Ăš piaciuta molto perchĂ© ben suddivisa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Perfetta la posizione nel cuore vivacissimo della cittĂ . Per comoditĂ  Consiglio solo di non portare troppi bagagli visto che manca l''ascensore. Ma del resto non si puĂČ pretendere in pieno centro storico! L''accoglienza della proprietaria Ăš stata squisita."
