Charmant appartement dans une belle place à cÎté de la cathédrale avec une vue magnifique.

Il se compose d'une chambre spacieuse avec lit double, d'un salon (avec canapé-lit) et d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Qualités de luxe et récemment rénovées, avec des meubles complÚtement nouveaux. TrÚs ensoleillé. TV, wifi.

Il se trouve dans le centre historique de Valence, à cÎté de la cathédrale, sur une belle place avec des bùtiments emblématiques et deux restaurants avec terrasses.

Quartier calme et parfait pour marcher, visiter, manger et manger, et parfaitement connecté par les transports en commun avec d'autres quartiers de la ville. Ligne de bus directe pour la plage.

Un gĂźte pour se ressourver

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines chez Ana et comme lors de notre premiĂšre visite nous sommes trĂšs satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour. Ana est une hĂŽte disponible, accueillante et efficace. L’appartement est parfait pour profiter de Valence, de la mer (Ă  trente minutes par tram) et de la joie de vivre des espagnoles. Nous recommandons cet hĂ©bergement sans rĂ©serve.

Un endroit douillet

Ana nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle nous a fourni toutes les informations nĂ©cessaires afin de passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able Ă  Valence. L’appartement est lumineux et trĂšs calme. SituĂ© Ă  deux pas de tout, nous avons pu apprĂ©cier les diffĂ©rents lieux touristiques de cette ville . La propretĂ© et le confort de la chambre nous a comblĂ©s. C’est un endroit oĂč il fait bon vivre.

Ana is a wonderful host! Great communication, easy check in and out, and she took the time to show how to work things in the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful. It is clean and has nice hot water in shower. Apartment is close to most of the sights. We hated to leave the nice apartment, but our time in Valencia was up.

We travel frequently and have rented numerous apartments over the past twenty years. This is one of the best we have ever had. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, located in the heart of Valencia's historic district (that photo of the cathedral's tower is from the balcony), and is amazingly affordable. Ana, the owner, is gracious and responsive. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Valencia!

The apartment is a lovely and spacious one with the exception of the tiny bathroom which has the clothes washing machine. Unfortunately it smells moldy.The bed is not comfortable and the sheet had stains on it.

Excellent apartment

We have stayed in many VRBO apartments, and this may be the best. The location is perfect - very close to the cathedral, and close to main plazas, with two good and charming restaurants right outside the door. The connecting plazas are pedestrianized, so while there is foot and bike traffic, there are no cars. The apartment is quiet at night and just sort of fun during the day.The apartment is a real gem. It is very large, with five floor to ceiling windows that open onto little balconies. Very well furnished, it was also spotlessly clean - one might have thought we were the first people to stay there. All the furnishings are first class; there are none of the typical hand me downs that look like they were left over from another place. It is very roomy and comfortable, and just very pretty.The kitchen was also excellent, and we do like to cook (we stayed for two weeks). The induction stove worked well, and all the pots, pans and knives (believe it or not) were of high quality. There is no oven, only a microwave, but that was not a major problem. Oddly, the fridge looked new but stopped working one night. We alerted Ana and she came immediately to inspect. Rather than try to repair the electronics, she ordered a brand new one that was delivered the next day! It was also excellent and we were quickly back in business. And, above all, Ana was terrific. She was responsive and helpful and very professional. Probably the best VRBO host we have had.

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous location.

We stayed for 2 weeks and very much enjoyed the apartment which is quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect - allows you to walk to everything you want to see in the historic area.as well being close to restaurants and shops. Although the kitchen is small, we were able to cook several simple meals. The only thing we found a little disappointing was the very small bathroom that could be updated. Other than that, we found the apartment very pleasant to stay in for an extended visit. We LOVED Valencia!!

Perfect Valencia Stay

This apartment more than lived up to our expectations. It was in a perfect location that was quiet yet in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere we needed to go, incredible restaurants, and sites. And when we wanted to relax, we could just hang out in the apartment or have a coffee in the small plaza that’s right there. Ana was the perfect host! She met us at the apartment when we arrived and answered questions throughout our visit as needed. This was one of our best VRBO experiences and we’ve had a lot of good ones. We will be back for a longer visit because this one was so amazing!

Lovely Apartment in Valencia

Everything was perfect!

This property couldn’t have been in a better place for walking around the old town! The bed is very comfy and everything we needed was in the apartment. Ana met us at the apartment and gave us a great walk thru as well as dining suggestions. I highly recommend this place as a central location for so many things to do, see and eat in Valencia!

The reviews I read before booking seemed too good to be true, but this apartment exceeded my every expectation. The apartment was terrific, the location was perfect, and every time I communicated with Ana, she responded immediately. I asked her if she had a suggestion for a day trip, one hour max by train from Valencia. She recommended XĂ„tiva, which was a wonderful experience. Veronica, who met me on my arrival, was great fun, and didn’t laugh when I practiced my Spanish. I hope to come back to Valencia. This apartment will be my base, por supuesto!

Best place to experience Valencia

There is nothing else to say about Ana’s place other than is is just fantastic. Ana meet us at the apartment to explain everything about it and also make recommendations about local eating places and activities coming during our stay. My wife and I have stayed in a number of rentals in Europe over the years with a lot in Spain. Normally there is always a little something that is not perfect like hot water not being hot enough or a slow wifi connection or an AC that does not really cool the place but in Ana’s case none of these happened. Everything was perfect and functioning very well. We highly recommend her apartment which is centrally located in the old town. It is very quiet and very clean. We will definitely be back on our next visit

Excellent Location— Outstanding Value

My wife and I loved this spacious, Central old town location. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, historical sites, transportation and entertainment. With high end double pane windows it also was very quiet no matter the the level of crowd noise outside. Ana was very responsive with any of our questions prior to arrival and while on premise. This property was well stocked with all the household items you would expect to have for an extended stay. We stayed for two weeks and plan to rent here again soon!!

Un appartamento fantastico!

L'appartamento Ăš indubbiamente fantastico. Centralissimo, vicino a tutto, silenzioso e con anche un buon ristorante sotto casa e un supermarket a due passi. Per essere un primo piano Ă© luminosissimo, climatizzato e con tutto cio che serve. L'ambiente Ăš molto confortevole e arredato con eleganza. Insomma tutto...perfetto! A voler essere proprio severi, ma solo per migliorare ancora, suggerirei di mettere una tv piu grande e moderna (piccola per un salone cosi grande e non leggeva le nostre usb), una piu accurata pulizia dei climatizzatori e una ventola per il ricambio dell'aria nel bagno. Tre piccole imperfezioni che, migliorate, renderebbero l'appartamento insuperabile!

City Experience

The apartment is located in the heart of the old city but in a quiet square behind the Cathedral. For people like us who like to explore historical cities, visit galleries and enjoy good restaurants, all on foot, it was perfect. Ana was the perfect host and communicated well prior to our arrival. The apartment itself was bright, modern, and had all that we needed. We were very comfortable there and I would recommend it for a very relaxed Spanish city experience.
