propriété en bord de mer indépendant se compose de deux étages avec balcon au rez-de-chaussée surélevé et un grand jardin avec barbecue et à bascule, avec un accès privé à la plage. rez-de-chaussée avec salon, avec des canapés et décorées dans un thème nautique, cuisine avec lave-vaisselle. Trois chambres à l'étage avec salle de bains et douche. Présent petite buanderie avec machine à laver le fonctionnement.
La maison est d'environ du centre de Catane, à seulement 30 minutes du centre-ville de Syracuse, à 10 minutes de l'aéroport Fontanarossa situé à 15 minutes, et à 5 minutes de Lentini, à quelques mètres de cet excellent restaurant et une pizzeria.

We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area.

great holiday home on the beach

A beautiful holiday home to feel at home, very well-equipped kitchen, lots of space, spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, direct access to the beach. Mount Etna can always be seen from the beach, great excursion destinations and pretty towns nearby. Very friendly owner.

Wonderful Stay!

Riccardo was so helpful and accommodating. His place was very comfortable and ideally located to see all the sights on the eastern side of Sicily. Direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach with a view of Mount Etna was a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

If you're after a quiet place with sandy beaches at your doorstep, this is a perfect place. We rented a car and explored the island based in this villa. Ricardo was very helpful.

Great spot!

A fantastic house, just a few steps from the beach, through it's own private gate! Perfectly set up for a family, the house is spacious with plenty of outdoor seating to catch the sun or shade. The location makes trips to Catania, Syracuse and Noto easy days out. With the sandy beach on the doorstep, I highly recommend this place!

Phantastic stay in Sicily

Great location between Catania and Syracusa - very spacious flat with very well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby (ok, a car is definately needed) and it is a great flat to prepare for a lot of trips on the island. Apart from going to the South and East of the island the beach is great with not too many other people around - we will definately be back!!!

Super property close to fabulous beach

A very comfortable property with everything that we needed. It really is just a few minutes from a wonderful sandy, nearly empty beach with great views of Etna. Good for visiting anywhere in the East of Sicily, and a couple of great friendly restaurants just five minutes away in the car. Special thanks to Riccardo for waiting for us for several hours after our plane was diverted!

Nicely located close to the beach. Well equipped. Very pleasant and cooperative hosts. Good base camp to reach major sights like Taormina, Catania and Siracusa. However rather long distances to retail and restaurant infrastructure. All in all to be warmly recommended.

Great summer break

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay at the property during mid July 2022. Riccardo was great host. Greeting us at the airport and helping us with the luggage. The property was well equipped with everything required and located very very close to the great beach (which was very quiet). Rental car is a must as there are no shops/restaurants within a walking distance. Overall great experience. Fully Recommended for people who want to enjoy a relaxing break.

Villa by the Beach

This villa was as listed with three bedrooms and two baths. The outside space had a nice mixture of sun and shade as well as lots of lounging, cooking, and eating space. The beach was a very short walk and was a really nice beach with clean sand and a nice stationary beach umbrella. While the bath towels were clean they were a bit threadbare. The pillows were also in poor shape. Overall, we loved this place! It was secluded, but not far from Catania which was lovely to walk through and see all the architect in churches, apartments and such. There were so many restaurants to choose from as well as gelato!!!

We had nice few days in the Riccardo's house. The hause was spacious, clean and very close to the sea. The beach was sandy and we were almost alone there. As the days were really hot, we missed the air condition very much as it iis nstalled only in one sleeping room what was not sufficient. Also the property is far from grocery shop what was disadvantage for our family. On the other side the distance to the airport was perfect. In general we were satisfied and had nice stay 😊

Great location for visiting the Eastern Side of Sicily

Riccardo was great always replying within minutes to any communication. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Parking was easy and the beach was lovely. We had a great week using Riccardos house as a base visiting Etna, Taormina, Catania, Syracusa and Ophigia as well as Noto and the Cave Grande. You do need a car as the property is not close to any shops or restaurants but as a base it was great. It was lovely sitting on the upstairs balcony and the outside downstairs was lovely for breakfast and lunch. It was great being only 25 minutes from Catania airport too with no noise from the airport. Thank you Riccardo for a lovely week.

Easy access to beach, responsive host

Comfortable house, well supplied. Quite large and nice for large group. Nice outdoor lights bing space adjacent to other houses. 22 minutes to airport offered perfect place to launch day trips to Enna, Morgantina and Piazza Armerina which strongly recommend. Ricardo was very responsive to issues brought about by a powerful storm. In the US there’s a very different electrical system and he patiently came out immediately to reset everything. There’s an amazing lake a few minutes walk away that is very near to the sea where I got stuck me amazing sunset fotos. This place is perfect for families who want easy access to the beach.

Catania Beach rental

While the property is listed as a beach property, we selected the rental to be our base to explore the east coast of Sicily from Taormina down to Noto. From here these were easy day trips as there was close access to the autostrada, allowing us to avoid the Catania inner city which is almost constantly congested. Riccardo was there to meet us and parking is included and just outside the front door. The unit is located in a more isolated setting and grocery stores and gas stations are 10-15 minutes away so get your groceries on the way there. Riccardo was very accessible via text and phone. The unit is spacious and clean.

Chouette maison

Plaisir de Sicile

Ricardo nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance, malgré notre arrivée très tardive. A notre écoute il a su répondre très rapidement à nos interrogations. Hôte de grande qualité, aux petits soins. La maison est située en bord de mer avec sa plage privée et son accès privatif, qui permet des baignades tardives au calme et dans un eau très chaude. Douche en sortie de plage. Situé à l'écart des foules elle est un point pour rayonner sur une grande partie de l'île en moins de 2h de route. Voiture quasi obligatoire. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse extérieure et sa cuisine son un vrai plus permettant de passer de supers soirées. Merci encore de ton accueil, Ricardo.

Cher Eric, je vous remercie pour votre aimable commentaire. Ce fut un plaisir de vous recevoir, vous et votre charmante famille, dans ma maison sur la plage. L'emplacement, comme vous l'avez écrit, est stratégique pour visiter confortablement le sud-est de la Sicile, en allant jusqu'à l'Etna et Taormine, mais vous pouvez également choisir de vous détendre sur la plage avec un accès privé. J'espère pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain voyage en Sicile ! À bientôt, Riccardo

Très belle semaine dans cette location

Maison spacieuse, propre et très fonctionnelle. Bel espace extérieur. Bien située entre Syracuse et Catane. Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances. Merci à Riccardo pour son accueil.

Vacances en famille

Très belle semaine de visites. La maison est stratégiquement bien située par rapport aux lieux à visiter. Elle est à 30m de la mer et sécurisée. Riccardo s'est tenu informé du bon déroulement de notre semaine et il s'est rendu très disponible. Nous recommandons...
