Le Belvedere Lodge est un petit appartement qui a été récemment restauré et est un espace confortable idéal pour un couple. Il s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse offrant une belle vue sur la ville et se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied de la mer et du centre ville. Il partage l'utilisation de la piscine, d'un espace barbecue et de boules. Il comprend une chambre double, une salle de bains avec douche, une cuisine bien équipée et un salon décloisonné qui s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec un coin repas extérieur. L'appartement a une finition moderne et est équipé d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge, d'un four à micro-ondes, d'une télévision numérique, d'une chaîne stéréo, ainsi que d'un parking privé et de la climatisation
Veuillez noter que le Belvedere Lodge est basé sur un hébergement pour 2 personnes, mais nous pouvons accueillir 1 personne supplémentaire (adulte) dans le canapé-lit pour un supplément de 25 euros par nuit.
Lit bébé et chaise haute sont fournis sur demande et nous ne facturons pas de frais supplémentaires pour les bébés.

Good base for exploring the Riviera di Levante

This is a well-managed property in a good location for exploring the coastline east of Genoa. Adriana was a very responsive host and her son Thomas went out of his way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the sea.

This was a marvelous place in the middle of everything. It is easy to travel with train around the beautiful coast in Liguria. We loved the wonderful garden that enfolded the poolarea. We love to come back. Ann Charlotte

Perfect Location.

We did stay here 2 weeks for summerholidays. Thomas and Adriana are very nice landlords with good tipps for the region. We did find the appartment (house), garden and pool is in reality nicer than on the pictures and very tastefull arranged. Everythings is perfectly maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped and we found it confortable that there is sufficient space for storage. The centre of Chiavari, train-station and beaches are in walking distance. We did use the bikes very often and did not really need the car for 2 weeks. We can 100% recommend this location. We also believe that this is a good target for low season since Chiavari is a very active city and the traffic connections are good.

Herrliche Ferienwohnung für eine kleine Familie

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und haben die Zeit Dank der tollen Ferienwohnung sehr genießen können. Sie ist perfekt gelegen um den Strand und viele schöne Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht und wir fühlten sich sofort wohl. Besonderes Highlight ist der Pool!

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben uns in der Belvedere Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen. Eine kleine aber feine Wohnung, liebevoll und schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Schon beim Ankommen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und eine Schale mit Zitronen aus dem Garten ... Adriana hat uns nett und hilfsbereit begleitet. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Chiavari, direkt im Olivenhain!

Es waren wirklich wunderschöne Tage in Chiavari in der Olive Press Lodge! Die Wohnung für 2 Personen ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Terasse direkt vor der Wohnungstür. Der Pool wurde auf Anfrage noch offen gelassen, obwohl im Oktober schon geschlossen! Adriana und Thomas helfen wenn notwendig bei allem was nötig ist und sind immer erreichbar. Direkt vorort sind Wanderungen hinter der Unterkunft in den Hügeln und Bergen sehr gut möglich. Wir kommen wieder 🙂👍

Fantastic and lovable stay

We truly enjoyed our short but sweet stay at Adriana and the family's place in Chiavari. The whole villa and its' area are gorgeous and very well kept. You can see how much love and care has gone to the whole property and every apartment. Everything is just beautifully arranged and well-thought that you cannot but truly relax and enjoy the stay. We will definitely be back to meet again with Adriana and enjoy the starlit sky on the terrace with some vino frizzante. Thank you for the whole Coppola family for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable!

Great !

We were 10 days in the cozy apartment and we felt very comfortable. Starting with the friendly contact in advance, the warm welcome and the nice words in between. The apartment is sufficient for 3, fully equipped and with a large terrace. Wonderful is the well-kept garden with pool and many flowers. Perfect location, everything within walking distance. Chiavari is a pretty town with good osterias, daily market and shady shopping streets. Perfect starting point for the many attractions in the area, which are also easily accessible by train. Again, a heartfelt thank you to Adriana for her "dog emergency aid". We will be back, there is still much to see ....

We truly hope you’ll enjoy a relaxing (or even exciting) vacation in the friendly and genuine atmosphere of our recently renovated structure which, for centuries, was an olive mill that produced a renowned olive oil.

Our family has returned to this land after living in London for many years. Didi works as an illustrator for important publishing houses and when you come visit us, you’ll be able to admire some of her works.

We live next door to the villas and will be glad to meet you and welcome you.

The Belvedere Lodge is a small apartment which has recently been restored and is a comfortable space ideal for a couple. It opens onto a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the town and is situated about a 15-minute-walk from the sea and town centre. This property is between the Garden Lodge and the Olive Press Lodge and enjoys the open spaces described above. It also shares the use of the pool a barbecue area and boules. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan sitting room which opens up onto a large terrace with outdoor dining facilities. The apartment has a modern finish and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, digital TV, stereo, as well as private parking and air conditioning.
Sleeps 2, but there is also a sofa/bed in the open-space area.
We accept on request an extra guest free of charge.

The area offers many areas for walking and hiking. The beautiful coastline provides many opportunities for horse- riding, cycling, and on-foot excursions. The Alta Via dei Monti Liguri stretches along 400km of mountains crossing a landscape typically characterized by lush vegetation and rugged cliffs.

The sea is another great resource of this region, rich in marine life which includes tortoises and dolphins and wales. These can be spotted in the sea mammal sanctuary established to protect this maritime area.
From this location you can easily reache the wonderful Cinque Terre
The city of Chiavari is enclosed by the natural reserve of the mount of Portofino and the peninsula of Sestri Levante, offering splendid views of the Mediterranean sea.
