Surf Court 81 est une maison de ville de deux Ă©tages, un vol au-dessus du niveau de la rue. Lit king dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 2 + canapĂ©-lit. Un escalier en colimaçon depuis le balcon vivant offre un accĂšs facile Ă  la cour paysagĂ©e et Ă  la grande piscine. Le Surf Court se trouve Ă  moins de 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Coligny Plaza et du Beach Park & ​​Market. Ce pittoresque centre-ville offre Ă  ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les Ăąges. 1 tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon et aucune Ă  l'Ă©tage. Surf Court 81 a mis Ă  jour les deux salles de bains complĂštes Ă  l'Ă©tage en janvier 2018. C’est un emplacement de choix situĂ© au sud de l’üle Hilton Head.

We had the best time with zero issues! Great location, bike ride to the bars, restaurants, grocery store, etc! Highly recommend!! We will be back!

Great location!

The townhome was just as pictured. Super clean and spacious. Very easy walk across the street to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved that we were in walking distance to plenty of restaurants & shops. Keyless entry is great and having steps that lead down into the courtyard and pool area was very convenient. We would definitely book this location for a future trip.

Great Place

Was a great stay, property was clean. Pool had trigs and leaves in it from the trees that overhang. Property did have a musty smell, not terrible, just needed to be aired out. Noticed some of the black on the vents also, tho not sure if it’s mold. Check in process was annoying because we arrived at the property to find that we had to go over to the office located at a different location. Could be more streamlined if they would have just messaged us the pass code instead. It was a nice stay, really enjoyed our time and it was comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought my family to HH for the first time this year and we had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location to the beach and Coligny shops is amazing We loved biking everywhere. I guess it wasn’t as hot as it usually is this time of year so the a/c worked great! The only mistake (MY MISTAKE) was that I didn’t realize it was a second floor entrance, so it was a bit inconvenient for my one year old and all of his baby equipment. I would definitely return to Surf Court!

Great Location -

This was our second trip to the island and we are getting the lay of the land down pretty good. Surf Court is an a great location, just a few minute walk down to Coligny Square, and beach access directly across the street; perfect. The unit was as advertised. It was the perfect size and had all that we needed. ONE DRAW BACK - Please give the unit a make over. Our unit was pretty dated and it had carpet that DESPERATELY needs to be replaced; there was 'musty' smell upon arrival, but faded away as we got settled in. I would think an LVT type flooring would much better that old musty carpet. Aside from that, we still enjoyed our stay and it's great location very much.

Family Spring Break in Hilton Head

Our family returned to Hilton Head for our spring break for the third year this year. This we have stayed at Surf Court each time and love the location. Here are some pros/cons of our stay. Pros: -The location can't be beat! -The kitchen has been nicely updated. -The unit is easily accessible and of decent repair. Cons: - Don't stay here if you're looking for comfortable sleep! All of the mattresses are beyond shot and are very uncomfortable. The comforter on the master bed is ripped and stained. The sofabed had old dirty sheets on it filled with food crumbs and wrappers. The mattresses are in desperate need for replacement. - The living room chairs are also quite old and don't offer much support. - The patio screen door needs to be replaced as well. That being said we did enjoy our stay, but we want people to be aware of what we found.

Gulf Coast goes to HHI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great, as was the management company when they called to confirm the registration and ask for permission to charge my card. The unit was obviously older and still contained some older carpet which didn't bare well if you suffer from allergies. The light in the half bath flickered as if there was an electrical short each time it was turned on. The master bedroom did not contain a TV as shown in the photos (there was an older TV sitting in the bottom of the hall closet, however we didn't attempt to set it up, as we felt that should have already been done). The master bath shower/tub had a sliding door that barely functioned and was very difficult to slide back and forth. The kitchen was stocked for our needs. This unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and two children, however it could use some updating (removal of musty smelling carpet, and addition of flat screen TVs). Our family probably would stay here again for the location, however, we would know what to expect. Coming from the beautiful beaches of the Florida Panhandle, we weren't expecting much from the beaches, but our children enjoyed riding their bikes along the water. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit to HHI.

Black mold around air vents and in bathrooms. Mang Co came a brought new shower curtains and cleaned some of the mold. Outdoor pool want dirty and full of debris. Outdoor shower area did not work. No way to rinse off after beach before going into condo. Outdoor deck was dirty and chairs not cleaned in months.

Weekend Get Away

This property was great for a fall weekend getaway. It was located close to beach access and Coligny Plaza so it was easy to just park the car and walk where we needed to go. Access to supermarkets and restaurants was extremely easy to navigate when we had to drive. The property was in good condition; clean and as advertised. The outdoor steps leading up to the front door were a little steep and narrow, so proceed with caution when unloading and loading bags and such. The property was quiet, well maintained and in a great location!

Great location

Great location and property. Small issue with the tub in the master and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Comforter in the master has rips in it(should be upgraded). Carpet on the stairs and upstairs are very smelly, could use a dehumidifier to get rid of the dampness. Black mold on the curling in the master and to the right of the tub. All vents have mold in each slot. Great kitchen and comfortable living room.

Reviewer Comments: After receiving the go ahead to enter the condo we found broken potato chips under the furniture, silverware tray and utensils, dishes, mugs and cups that were dirty, black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom, urine scent in the second bedroom and the hallway upstairs had a pungent musty smell. We were very displeased on how it was left to us and most certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Close to beach

Location was across the street from the beach and very close to Coligny. The balcony was a little small with very uncomfortable chairs. The rest of the condo was great. Easy ride to Harris Teeter by bike

Great stay!

We loved our stay! The condo is in a great location! It’s quiet, yet a short walk to the beach and coligny plaza! Cute little patio with a nice view and the pool is steps from the patio stairs! Plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance! The condo was clean and bright! Comfortable furniture, nice dining table, a half bath on main level and two full baths upstairs with the bedrooms! Will definitely stay again!
