Cette unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est au niveau du sol dans le bâtiment 4. Une courte promenade vous amène à l'ascenseur d'Oma’s Meadow et vous pouvez marcher en quelques minutes jusqu'à Upper Flying Mile. Le condo est confortable avec un foyer au bois et offre des téléviseurs à écran plat dans la salle familiale et les deux chambres. Profitez d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite ainsi que d'un échantillon de livres et de DVD. La chambre principale offre un lit king size, la deuxième chambre un lit queen size et un canapé-lit queen dans la salle familiale. La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de tous les ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine essentiels. Les places assises sont pour 6 personnes dans la salle à manger et 3 au bar. Un nouveau club-house est en construction et la date d'achèvement prévue est septembre 2020. Il aura une piscine intérieure, bain à remous, sauna, salle de fitness. Great place for a weekend trip of hiking and leaf viewing.

Condo was the perfect size for us and it was an easy drive to the trails. Kitchen was very well outfitted! Will definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY IN UNIT 423

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to start by saying when I travel I try to keep my expectations very low so I will not be disappointed. The unit we stayed in, Unit 423, was unacceptable even with low expectations. The unit had spider webs in the corners of the ceiling and on the floors. It was dirty for my grandchild to be on the floors. The electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work. I called ahead and was told the room had a Keurig coffee machine and it did not. I had to call to get one. The baseboard heating units were dented and rusty. And more importantly, very unpredictable. It was either very cold in our unit or so hot we had to open the door. Not good situation for myself, as I have chronic bronchitis and breast cancer. The heat situation was an issue for the grandchildren also as they are 6, 5 and 2 years old. There were holes and cracks in the wall. Some of which had been poorly patched. The dining room chairs are filthy. The bedding was old and musty. The mattress in the king bed was lumpy, sloping and my husband felt he was going to fall out. He slept in the other room due to this. The bathroom door handle was loose and rusted. Worked but very dirty.

A very pleasant four week vacation stay.

December Stay as Sugar Mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time on our vacation and honestly and we were not necessarily dissatisfied with the accommodations, but there were a number of things worth noting that other guests should be aware of. The location and view was EXCELLENT however, being December, all slopes were not open including the lift right outside our building. So ski in ski out was more like an unpleasant 4-5 minute walk in ski boots to get to a running lift/ slope. It was actually easier for us to drive down and park at the base. This is of course no fault to the unit owner/ just a product of weather and when we came but we showed up expecting ski in ski out and it was not. As for the unit there were NOT adequate supplies and a lot was asked of us to check out especially since we pay a cleaning fee. We were left 2 rolls of toilet paper total for a 5 day stay with 3 guests. Also no extra garbage bags other than 1 kitchen bag. We had to go to the grocery store to buy more things. The ice maker did not work on the fridge and the unit ran out of hot water one day. Upon checkout/ we were asked to remove all trash - which is about a 1/4 mile walk to the trash compactor, clean all dishes and load/ run the dishwasher and strip all beds and place all laundry near the laundry room. I guess when I pay good money for a rental and a cleaning fee - I do not expect to have to do that kind of work while trying to check out. Note- we are not partners or dirty people. Was a little annoying when trying to get out for a long drive home. I guess I’d say I’d recommend the property but to the owners, some of the items above were pretty frustrating and hope you take the comments to heart.

First Time Sugar Mountain

Reviewer Comments: We have been regular skiers for 30 years usually going to ParkCity or Colorado.Our grandchildren age 7 and 9 wanted to learn sking this year.We choose Sugar Mountain as a good place to learn.We arrived just after a good snow storm so plenty of powder.Within a couple of hours both the kids were on the first lifts .Seven year old boy boarding and 9year old girl sking.Within three days both of them coming down the slopes with us.Great experience and a must for beginners.We will return again before we take them out West.

How to send an email and get a answer that the booking did go through. Sent the signed paper work in twice but it was never received. People at the office were very nice and professional when I get there. Would like to see the pool stay open till 10.

Unit 423 Sugar Ski & Country Club

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very dated, dark and dingy. The entrance into the building needs to be painted and the carpet replaced as it is all stained. The unit itself was clean but very dated. It needs new bedding, the kitchen dishes were all mismatched and flea market quality and it was dark, dingy and smelled of mildew. We left 5 days early.

Mid week 5 night SNOWY ski trip - roads well plowed!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in early February for 5 nights (Sunday to Friday) in early February. The beds were comfortable. The condo is nothing fancy - both the condo and Sugar Mtn ski definitely have an ‘80s feel- but it was as pictured and described. We enjoyed watching the skiers get off the ski lift (Omas Meadow lift), and it is a great ski in/ski out location for intermediate and above level skiers and snow boarders (you’ll save the time of driving, parking, walking thru the lot up to the resort, and save a TON a money with not eating at the Sugar Mtn ski resort). We are beginners, so we had to drive to the ski resort (approx 8 min drive.). Despite getting 8 inches of snow during our stay, the roads were plowed first thing and we had no trouble (we have a 4 wheel drive truck.). The kitchen is small, but had what we needed to prepare some simple meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!

Reviewer Comments: too crowded expensive vacation mountain needs to revisit their maximum people the rental unit needs to be ungraded with beds and other items in condo to pay that much for vacation it was very disappointing only thing good was having fresh snow couple days ski resort was horrible paid 77.00 day to ski and got to go maybe 3 times all day due to the crowds. not very organized getting there either i would never recommend Sugar mountain for skiing

Great condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took three teenagers to Sugar and the condo was perfect, clean, well-maintained. It was a short walk to the open areas and Customer service was great ( thanks Gina!)! We will certainly stay at Sugar again.Only one negative - the club house is under construction and having a hot tub and a place for the kids to go when not skiing would have made the trip better. We look forward to going back next year.
