Nouvelle maison grand comfort en colline avec superbe vue sur mer et piscine.

Idéalement située sur une colline couverte d'oliviers au-dessus de charmantes plages, cette récente construction (2014) offre une vue imprenable vers d’infinis bosquets d'oliviers plongeants sur une mer d'émeraude. Au plus fort de l'été, des maisons comme celle-ci offrent une retraite idéale, avec l'avantage d’une légère brise fraîche.
Au niveau principal se situe l’espace de vie, ouvert sur un large balcon ombragé à l'avant de la maison. La cuisine entièrement équipée mène à la terrasse de la piscine avec un espace pour les repas et un salon extérieur.
La résidence de 260m2 combine le style architectural traditionnel de Corfou avec le confort d'une technologie de pointe et l'esthétique d'un design contemporain. Des matériaux tels que la pierre et les planchers en chêne ont été abondamment utilisés.
Le niveau supérieur comprend deux grandes chambres doubles, chacune avec salle de bain ou de douche privative et balcon avec vue sur mer.
Au niveau inférieur se situe une spacieuse chambre double avec salle de douche privative ainsi qu’un vestiaire indépendant avec sanitaires.
Toutes les chambres ainsi que les espaces de vie sont climatisés et bénéficient d’un système supplémentaire de refroidissement/chauffage (en hiver) en sous-sol.

Lovely property with breathtaking views. Very comfortable. Can’t fault the villa and Jehanne was responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely Villa

Lovely Villa, clean spacious and the most beautiful views. However you can’t get anywhere without a car and the road up to the property is rather treacherous with a number of hairpin turns and shear drops. You must be a confident capable driver to fully enjoy this property.

For what concerns the road, in fact the house is situated on a hill. The road is completely asphalted till the end and in very good condition, (you don't need a four wheel drive) but it has some turns as it is going up, that is right!

Relaxing Corfu villa in a quiet, elevated position

My wife and I were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday and we certainly found that in Villa Palaeopetros. Beautifully positioned high up in the hills overlooking Nissaki beach with far views to the south and Corfu town. The owners Jehanne and Mario could not have been more helpful throughout our stay and can be justifiably proud of a wonderfully constructed villa, furnished to a very high standard. Very friendly local people and some great local restaurants, especially Toulas in Agni Bay. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing stay either on a local beach or the villas pool, you’ll hit the jackpot with this one.

Imagine it being even better than the photo!

When we turned up having used the very detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there, we could not believe the view across the 11km bay to Corfu Town. Nothing in this villa has been crammed in and everything is very well thought out indeed. From the plethora of Miele kitchen items to the five star hotel type bedding, no expense is spared. There are two nearly identical villa's owned by the same company and we stayed in the one slightly higher up the hill, but I could not see any real difference between the two save that the lower one had a larger pool. Also the service provided by Jehanne is impeccable. You have her mobile number and even before your stay she emails to check if there is anything she can do to help. In our case she made sure that a high chair and a baby food blender was in the villa before our arrival as she knew we weee travelling with a ten month old baby. When you want for anything (e.g. a BBQ) you just text her and it is arranged. The only negative is that the air conditioning was broken for our whole time there. Whilst problems like that should be resolved within a ten day period, Jehanne was great about it and made sure that we had a fan. You absolutely need a car to get around but that is because of how high up the hillside you are, which is the reason for the almighty view. And everything you need you can get from a shop called Aphrodite at the bottom of the hill (and I mean EVERYTHING since she takes your order and goes to Corfu town for you - which in our case includes getting everything from conjunctivitis eye drops for our baby from a pharmacy to four fresh massivewhole red snapper for bbq'ing). I have no hesitation in recommending this villa as being an upper-end villa in a stunningly beautiful part of Corfu.

For the A/C it is fixed now, unfortunately we needed a piece which took some time to arrive to the island. I wish I could make wonders.

Amazing view.

The view is amazing and the property beautiful to a high standard. The road is a little tricky the first few time’s you don’t it, but then becomes a lot easier. It’s worth it for the view. Service and support throughout the stay if needed was responsive. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Traumhaus mit großartiger Aussicht

Sehr schönes Haus an erhabener Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Noch nie hatten wir ein Haus wo alles vorhanden war was man braucht aber nicht mitbringt. Anzünder für den Grill, vorhanden. Etwas gegen Mücken, vorhanden. Geschirrspülmittel für die Maschine, vorhanden. Sollte was fehlen, eine kurze Message an Jehanne und es ist einfach da. Beste Betreuung vor Ort. Hochwertige und liebevolle Ausstattung innen wie außen also absolut empfehlenswert. Die Betten lassen einen tief und lang schlafen und erholen. An die etwas steile Anfahrt gewöhnt man sich schnell, dafür ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse umso toller. Die Lieferung von Lebensmittel ist durch Aphrodite im Laden an der Straße bestens sichergestellt. Sie organisiert alles, wirklich alles was man brauchen könnte. Wenn wir wieder nach Korfu kommen, dann wieder in diesem Haus!

A perfect house with stunning views

We stayed for a week at Jehanne's property in August. From the moment we enquried about the house Jehanne could not have been more helpful. The time care and attention to detail that has been put into the house is obvious, the beds and linens are of a high standard as or all the bathroom fittings. The kitchen is properly equipped and everything works. We loved sitting at the outside table, the view is stunning. We will definitely be returning, one if the lovest house we have stayed in. Susan

Relaxing vacation with a view

We have just returned from a family visit to this beautiful location in Corfu. It is hard to describe the amazing view from the balcony and even the kitchen sink! To be able to sit outside and enjoy the sight of the sea every day was totally relaxing. There was plenty of private space for ourselves and 2 adult children, a fully equipped modern kitchen and good internet. I believe we turned on the TV just once for the news headlines! Jehanne is a most charming and responsive host, always happy to answer questions within an hour or 2 time frame. I hope we have the opportunity to come back in the future.

Ce fut un vrai privilege pour moi d'avoir été adoptée par les habitants de cette ile magique. Été après été mes enfants y ont grandi et sont toujours impatients d'y revenir pour retrouver l' atmosphère unique qui y règne. Corfu fu l'ile de leur père (il est décédé en 2014). Il était ingénieur et nous a laissé de jolies maisons.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Cette maison fu construite avec le souhait d'allier la tradition (dans le style et les matériaux naturels -bois et pierre-) avec la technologie (construction écologique à basse consommation d'énergie). Le but étant de respecter au maximum l'environnement du point de vue esthétique et écologique tout en offrant en maximum de confort. La maison est naturellement fraîche en été et chaude en hiver grâce aux matériaux et aux systèmes de géothermie. Le sentiment de fraîcheur et de chaleur y est particulièrement agréable. Moins toxique pour les habitants et pour la nature.

Situation idéale dans un des coins les plus beaux de l'ile, proches de superbes plages, d'excellents restaurants et de petites tavernes.
Vue spectaculaire à 180 degré sur la mer et la nature.
Comfort total.
Chambres spacieuses, toutes avec salle de bain privative.
Possibilité de sorties dans la ville de Corfou ou à Cassiopi.
