Cet appartement est ma très belle et très confortable appartement rez de chaussée de jardin 2 chambres, bien équipées et meublées avec élégance et sud parfaite face vue sur les beaux jardins et la piscine, et situé à une courte distance de marche de la Marina et du centre, Pinhal Golf bien sûr et l'Hôtel Hilton. Pour 4 personnes et un enfant (l'appartement a son propre lit Voyage). Numéro de licence de location: 24749 / AL c / o CB & R Lda.

L'appartement dispose d'une chambre double avec climatisation et placards intégrés et une chambre double plus petite avec air conditionné. Il dispose d'une toute nouvelle salle de bains familiale avec une grande cabine de douche de plain-pied, salle de bain complète avec douche-over, unité de vanité et WC. Aussi un vestiaire invités avec lavabo et WC.
L'appartement dispose d'un joli plan ouvert salon et la cuisine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et bien équipée avec réfrigérateur / congélateur, four et plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes, grill George Foreman / BBQ, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, fer et planche à repasser. Il y a aussi un petit coffre-fort, un sèche-cheveux, lit Voyage, chaise haute et draps, serviettes. Les serviettes de piscine sont également disponibles. Au sein de la terrasse et jardin privé, un rotin canapé, table de patio, chaises et 2 transats sont tous fournis pour les clients.

Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi dans tout l'appartement.

Le diner lounge spacieux et lumineux comprend une télévision SMART, des chaînes de télévision britanniques (par satellite), un lecteur DVD et un haut-parleur Bluetooth que vous pouvez coupler avec vos propres appareils pour vous permettre de profiter de votre musique, etc. (Également un avec une station d'accueil si vous préférez). Il y a un canapé confortable et deux fauteuils, et une belle vue à travers les portes-fenêtres mur-longueur qui ouvrent sur la terrasse et jardin privé, avec accès direct sur les pelouses à la zone de la piscine.

  * Nouvellement décoré.

Il y a une grande piscine commune juste visible et facilement accessible depuis l'appartement avec une piscine trop de petits enfants.

Il y a un café, un bar, un coiffeur / esthéticienne et un supermarché SPAR au sein de la localité et il est à environ 15-20 minutes de marche à travers un parc et des jardins jusqu'au centre-ville, au port de plaisance et aux plages de Vilamoura (tous à 2 km) prenez le train touristique qui passe régulièrement en été.

S'il vous plaît noter que l'appartement se trouve au niveau du sol, sans étapes ou des ascenseurs pour négocier est donc bien adapté aux jeunes familles et les personnes à mobilité réduite.

L'appartement dispose d'un parking souterrain, ainsi que des aires de stationnement de la rue.

L'appartement est principalement une maison de vacances chérie pour ma famille, mais il est également loué par une société de gestion locale et professionnelle, qui rencontrera et accueillera tous les invités et fournira un soutien local pendant vos vacances.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely quiet safe area with lots of amenities nearby. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms and kitchen area with everything you could need. Nice patio leading out to gardens and the pool area. Big bonus was tv with lots of uk channels and an alexa speaker.

Fantastic stay in a great apartment

Absolutely loved it Apartment was super clean with every appliance and utensil you would ever need . Great location with a few nice restaurants around.Nice gentle 15 minute stroll into Vilamoura marina. Communications with Susan and Jackie were absolutely spot on and they couldn't do enough for you .I will definitely return and and recommend it to all my friends and family .cant fault anything at all

Relaxing break

Best apartment location in the building, local to cafes, Spar and great restaurant (next door called Vila com Tradição). Comfortable bed, very roomy and nice terrace. We would stay here again.

Really lovely week in a great apartment. The place was an ideal location for exploring the area and the pool was fab. Really pleased that we stayed here. Quiet, clean and well presented.

Home from home

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful apartment in Vilamoura. Was like a home from home. Very easy access to pool, local Spar, three restaurants less than a two minute walk. Our two teenagers aged 12 and 14 were also very impressed with not only the pool but with Netflix and Disney on the TV etc! Easy access to all amenities in the Vilamoura area. Uber is a very easy and cheap mode of transport. Easy communication with the owner Sue and her rental agent Jackie. We have already booked again for Summer 2026 and looking forward to it! Quiet and peaceful

Lovely peaceful appartment in a quiet area. Great location for golfing and walking to marina Excellent communication not only from the owner but also jackie property manager. Easy transactions throughout. Local shops and bars in a friendly area. Many thanks to Susan .we will definitely return.

Fantastic Stay

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The owner (Sue) and property manager (Jackie) were amazing and so attentive. Would 100% book again, absolutely loved the apartment which was so spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden area and pool. The location was great, with local amenities a stone throw away but still very quiet, and the marina a lovely walk away. If you're looking to book, you won't be disappointed!! Made our first holiday as a small family so easy :) thanks again Sue and Jackie

the staying was very enjoyable and everything was as expected. We are very disappointed in regards to walking to the Marina. It is definitely not at walking distance, but rather over 50 minutes walking - completely different than what appears on the website.

Hello Happy you liked the apartment and so sorry you found the walk to the Marina hard. It is, as my ad. says, less than 2 kilometres across flat ground. I measured it at 1 mile (old "money") I remember you enquired about hiring a wheelchair, so I imagine you may have found the walk relatively difficult. How long it takes will depend on how enthusiastic a walker you are, which is why I specify the distance in my ad. In contrast, feedback from other guests has been favourable in this respect. Please remember taxi's are readily available for about 4 euros if you prefer not to walk. I provide the number of several local companies in the information pack and there is always Uber ! so should you choose to return, I will ensure that you have a good direct route through and the taxi contact numbers to help you. Beautiful Vilamoura

Sue’s place is lovely perfect for our small family. The apartment is spacious and clean and has lots of family touches. The pool is great and only a small walk across the beautiful gardens. The walk into the marina and town is lovely through the gardens and takes about 20mins and there are a couple of beaches both around 30mins away. The restaurants around the marina are lovely and accommodating to a family with a small child. Jackie the property manager was easy to contact and gave us lots of information throughout our stay and she really is a delight, very friendly and helpful. We loved staying in Vilamoura and will definitely be back.

Beautiful, spacious, ground floor apt close to Vilamoura centre

My wife and I stayed for 1 week in June in this lovely, modern apt with all mod cons. It is a very spacious ground floor property which opens out onto a lovely patio and private garden which is not overlooked. Also south facing so gets the sun most of day and has nice sunbeds and patio furniture. Close to communal pool but quiet and private. Easy car parking outside and only 2 mins in car to Centre of Vilamoura or Quarteira and approx 20 mins walk to Marina. We will definitely go back and could easily stay longer as had excellent wifi and TV facilities. Thank you Sue and Jackie for super service. Robert and Christina Saunders (Isle of Man).

Sue’s apartment was beautiful, well equipped and perfect for myself, husband and 1.5 year old son.

Sue was great, answering all questions I had and also accommodated some very last minute requests with no problem. Jackie, who was onsite to meet us and also arranged transfers and a welcome pack, was brilliant!! We had a minor issue with TV reception which Jackie sorted extremely quickly. She is extremely knowledgable re: the local area and has an extremely warm personality. Just an incredibly genuine lady. Kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need, even a George Foreman grill. Living space was spacious as our little boy thoroughly enjoyed kicking about the ball that was in the apartment for his use. Bedrooms were great, equipped with air con and the beds were so comfortable. Furthermore, the shower is just amazing. Pool area was great, we generally had the pool to ourselves quite a bit as it was quieter time of the season when we stayed which was great. Our son just loved it, between swimming in the pool and kicking his ball around the gardens. The apartment is well situated, quiet and as a ground floor was ideal for a family. The garden/terrace has loungers, comfy chairs as well as a table and chairs. More than enough. There are 2 establishments within the complex which serve food and drink which we visited regularly for lunch as well as a spar on the corner. The old village is only a 10 minute walk from apartment and is just beautiful. It houses a few restaurants and bars - we enjoyed Casa de Largo which served delicious food. We visited O Pirata restauarant which is a very short 3 min walk from our apartment, staff were brilliant and the food was amazing. Great fish dishes. We also visited the marina and beach which is about 30 minute walk and ate at a restaurant down there on marina. Would recommend taking a trip down there, plenty to see, places to eat and drink. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would not hesitate to book again next year. Travelling as a family of 4 next time 🤗. Many thanks to Sue and Jackie for making our stay feel like a home from home. See you next year!!!

Super Séjour !

Notre séjour chez Susan fut très agréable. La résidence est très calme et la piscine, un vrai plus !! L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Les points négatifs: La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, qui est très bruyante et mal réglée, dont la chambre à coucher est juste derrière le mur. Manque une machine à café.

Bonjour merci pour votre gentil avis. La piscine est un vrai. plaisir. Je signalerai le problème avec la porte, elle n'est normalement pas bruyante. La copropriété s'en chargera de l'ajuster. Genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr saubere Zimmer, sogar das Bett war angewärmt...( weil es bei der Ankunft ein wenig kalt war) Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, zentral gelegen. Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen, der super leckere Croissant hat. Auf der Terasse mit Gartenblick genießt man den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Der Transfer von und zum Flughafen hat Dank Jackie super geklappt. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Vilamoura 2bed luxury apartment

Lovely 2bedroom luxury apartment. Beautiful apartment pictures do not do it justice. Everything you could possibly need, great outdoor garden overlooking pool. 15 minutes easy walk to marina, no need for car as £30 taxi to airport. Great communication with owner. Will definitely be booking again.

Excellent Proprerty

Had a fantastic 9 night stay at this property. The apartment had everything you would need and the pool was never too busy. The location is approx 15 minute walk from Marina and has a supermarket, cafe and bars right beside it. Can highly recommend this apartment as the owner kept us up to date with emails especially in these COVID times. Also a taxi was organised for us and we had a lovely welcome from Jackie who gave us local information and leaflets .

We had a fantastic stay in this property. Right from the communication with the owner - Susan, to the check-in with Jackie, and our stay of 4 nights until the end, when unfortunately we had to check out, it was all great. The property was exactly what was advertised. Great location, two lovely pools & conveniently next door to two lovely cafes / restaurants and around the corner to Spar, very reasonably priced for any essentials. The two pools inside on the complex and the short 20 second stroll back across the garden to our ground floor apartment was ideal. Highly recommended.. We will be back

LOCATION: Beautiful and Tranquil setting; an oasis of calm, but close to facilities.
DISABILITY AND CHILDREN FRIENDLY, WITH NO STEPS OR LIFTS TO NEGOTIATE. WALK IN SHOWER WITH ANTI-SLIP FLOORING.
My husband is disabled and has mobility issues, so this ground floor garden apartment was chosen with his needs in mind. When I had the bathroom and cloakrooms totally refurbished, I incorporated walk-in shower with anti-slip flooring and grab rail.
