Comforts of home in Tel Aviv

Lionel, the host was exceptional… met us at the property and walked us to parking, the apartment, throughout the building and area. The apartment was a spacious 4 BR, 3 full bath with every feature and comfort of home… and 2 parking spaces (we had a large van, so made parking easy) Location… not only at the beach, yet right next to Hwy 20 and 5, making travel a breeze.

The best welcome after a long flight

Lionel met us upon arrival and gave us a personal tour of the condo and surrounding. He had provided wine and snacks in a basket which was very much appreciated by all. There were plenty of towels, and all the necessary items. Everyone had a most comfortable stay. Almost like home. The gym, the beach, and the pool were fantastic. Merci Lionel.

Suzanne and his family were very friendly guests, I would welcome them again with pleasure. He left the apartment as clean as when he arrived. They are very nice et very polite.The communication between us was perfect, the hours of arrival and departure were perfectly respected. I would recommend to all the guests to have guests like them and it would be a great pleasure to receive them again. lionel

Greatest VRBO stay ever!

First off, Lionel was a great host! He showed us how everything worked, helped us with our luggage, toured the entire property with us and was very kind and a pleasure to be around. The apartment is beautiful and have every amenity we could want including plenty of beach/pool towels and espresso! The property is gorgeous and has easy private access to the beach and the glorious Mediterranean. The property also has an amazing gym, ping pong, sauna/hot tub and a covered parking garage with two spots! I can’t say enough about Lionel and his apartment at Sea & Sun. We hope to return soon!!!

Amazing Apartment and Host

Lionel was an amazing host. He met us at the apartment to show us around the property so we could find and use all of the amenities (pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym...). The apartment is true to its description and very comfortably fit 3 adults and 4 teens. It is right on the beach which is incredible, even in the winter. Lionel was very quick to respond to any questions and take care of anything we needed. The apartment is north of the main parts of Tel Aviv so having a car is helpful (we did not, but there is a fully stocked convenience store and restaurants on the property or delivery )

Compte tenu de notre programme de visite sur le séjour l'endroit est idéalement placé pour les déplacements avec la proximité des autoroutes Sud et Nord et Jérusalem. Un propriétaire fort sympathique et disponible.

Super vacances à Tel Aviv

Super appartement spacieux, très agréable et très bien placé au bord de la mer. Appartement situé dans une résidence haut de gamme avec deux excellents restaurants au sein même du complexe. La mer est accessible directement à pied depuis la résidence en 5 minutes avec aussi un très bon restaurant de plage. Nombreuses infrastructures (piscine, salle de fitness...) au sein de la résidence. Vacances géniales en famille avec trois enfants. À recommander vivement !!

Awesome stay

Our family's stay at the condo was perfect. We were there for just over a week. Lionel was a pleasure to deal with in the booking of the property and equally gracious upon our arrival. He was waiting for us to show us through the apartment when we arrived. The building was easy to find and has easy access and great parking. There was a beautiful welcome basket and Lionel took the time to show us how everything worked. It was well stocked with linen and the kitchen was well equipped and very functional. The condo was very clean and very large. The beach is right there, and while it was winter, we still had some beautiful days to sit out. The complex is well equipped with anything you may need, but Tel Aviv and Heziliyah are only a short drive away. Without a doubt I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you Lionel for making your property available and for ensuring a great stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 15 jours nous étions 5 personnes dont un enfant et une personne âgée et l'appartement était très grand et fonctionnel. La piscine était très agréable et propre. La mer à proximité tout simplement génial avec un resto de plage ouvert 24h et une plage propre et beaucoup moins bondé que frishman. À recommander sans réserve nous on sait qu'on y reviendra. Merci à Lionel et à sa charmante épouse. Dorithe

Bel appartement bien situé

Appartement bien situé face mer dans une résidence où l'on peut bénéficier du spa, d'une piscine extérieure et intérieure et de la salle de sport (accessible avec un certificat médical) . Commerces de proximité dans la résidence, et le centre de Tel Aviv est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Il y 2 places de parking en sous-sol. Très belle suite parentale et 3 chambres avec lits d'enfants . 3 salles de bain dont une à rafraîchir une peu. Une pièce très pratique dédiée à la buanderie. Beau séjour très spacieux avec déco contemporaine et cuisine très bien équipée. Frais de ménage un peu élevés et attention aux frais bancaires pour les virements qui s'ajoutent au prix de la location. Le paiement par Abritel ou Paypal aurait été un plus.

Merci pour le commentaire nous tiendrons compte de vos remarques. Pour ce qu'il s'agit des frais de virement :ils ont été d' environ 30€ dont 20€ demandé par la banque du locataire en France et 8€ par la banque en Israel . Pour l instant le paiement par Paypal ou par CB via les sites de Homelidays ne sont pas disponible sur Israel. Pour ce qui concerne les frais de nettoyage(forfait de 100€) ils sont en dessous du cout réel car tout le linge de maison(drap et serviettes pour 8 personnes sont lavés par un pressing professionnel, ainsi que le ménage est effectué par une société professionnel), le vrai cout est de 160€ environ suivant la quantité de linge a nettoyer . Je vous remercie de vos remarques et esperons ameliorer le service encore plus. Cordialement

8 persoons appartement in Noord Tel Aviv

Het appartement is geschikt voor 8 personen maar voor 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Maar niet voor 8 volwassenen de eigenaar heeft na 4 dagen bedden verwisseld en bij gebracht om 8 slaapplaatsen voor volwassenen te creëren. De hele flat mag wel geupdated worden. Een auto is noodzakelijk want het openbaar vervoer is slecht. Het binnenbad en sportviorzieningen zijn prima. Het buitenbad gaat pas eind mei open????

The owner was very interested in us having a good experience. He made the effort of cleaning the apt really early so we could enter right after we arrived to israel! The apt has everything that you need and more. Excellent amenities, location, and the aprtmente itself has very good vibes. Recommend it a 100%

Excellent vacation property with a great host!

The location is directly on the beach with a lifeguard pool, convenience store and synagogue inside the building- making for a very relaxing and convenient vacation. Lionel is a host that goes beyond, helping with our luggage, showing us around the property, and very responsive to our concerns. We arrived to find the property clean and stocked with a gift basket. I would highly recommend this property for family vacations.

Excellent apartment 20 steps from the beach. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms. On site double parking which is great. Swimming pool in great condition especially for families with young kids as it isn’t supervised by two lifeguards all the time. Lionel is an excellent host. Will be back for sure.

Great place for families!

Really wonderful stay for my family and my sister’s family. We loved the pool, the fitness room, the beach with its restaurants, and the little grocery store right next to the lobby. Very easy communication.

Wondeful vacation spot

We traveled with 3 families. Total of 8 people. 4 adults and 4 kids. Lionel was extremely accommodating and helpful from the moment we booked months back. He replies instantly and makes the booking process seamless. We arrived very late and yet he still came to greet us and show us the apartment and the amenities it provided. He met all our requests like providing a crib for the little one and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The apartment is very spacious with 4 large bedrooms, lots of storage (with custom built closets) and 3 full washrooms. A large full sized kitchen and living room plus a washer and dryer which came in handy numerous times. The building itself is also amazing. Underground parking for 2. We onlt went to the outdoor swimming and the beach. The beach is amazing also. Clean, close, and lots of restaurants and playgrounds for the kids to play. Definitely a place we will rebook when returning to Israel. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
