Magnifique maison dans Lewes historique avec tant de mises à niveau récentes!

La maison rénovée avec amour dans la ville historique de Lewes est prête pour votre location de vacances. Le premier étage comprend le salon principal, une grande salle à manger et une cuisine confortable. Les propriétaires ont récemment ajouté une nouvelle chambre avec lit Queen au premier étage. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète hors de la cuisine avec douche. Hors de la cuisine il y a une salle de boue avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Le deuxième étage dispose de quatre chambres, deux avec un lit queen chacune et une avec un lit gigogne (deux lits simples) et une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche. Cet étage a également la grande et accueillante chambre principale avec lit King et salle de bain avec sa propre terrasse privée donnant sur la cour arrière.

Le patio arrière avec table et chaises est un endroit idéal pour déguster une tasse de café le matin ou une libation l'après-midi. Les enfants apprécieront de jouer dans la grande cour après une journée à la plage. Promenez-vous rapidement dans la ville pour découvrir les meilleurs restaurants de la région ou faire du shopping.

La maison est également équipée de deux petits berceaux et de trois chaises hautes.

The house is a few blocks from the town. That was a big plus. The layout of the property didn’t accommodate my family’s need. Although, there was a bedroom on first level, you need to cross the laundry room and kitchen to get to a tiny bathroom Located under the stair to the second floor. The two bathrooms on the second level were also far away from bedrooms. There were two additional bedrooms in the attic which were difficult to access. I paid for linens, but 2 beds didn’t have sheets. The house wasn’t cleaned property wasn’t clean property before our arrival. I called the office number, and I spoke to a person ( cleaning supervisor's) who said will send a crew to clean again, but the crew never arrived. I decided to focus in having fun w my family. I definitely not going back to that house or use this company.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood

The house is in a perfect location and has plenty of room for our large family. Having a public parking lot close by is another plus. The furnishings are comfortable and purposeful. Everyone enjoyed our time there.

Lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood

The house is pretty and accurately portrayed in the pictures. There are lots of different rooms and seating areas in the house plus toys for kids - which our toddler loved! The kitchen is equipped with the basics and there is a gas bbq in the back yard. I would have preferred bed sheets and towels to be included in the price. The linen package was a significant extra expense and we found the sheets to feel a bit synthetic and hot. Picking up/dropping off the keys is in a different location but was very easy and close to the house. The location of the house is fantastic - on a quiet street and a short drive to the beach or an easy walk (under 10 mins) to the shops and restaurants of Lewes. Thank you for our stay!

Great house with ridiculous management company

The house was maybe one of the best houses we’ve rented. So much space, charm, and accessibility to town and beach made it amazing. HOWEVER: You will be charged extra over the amount you see when you reserve on Vrbo. It’s a fee to the management company. You will also be expected to bring your own bath towels, linens, bath mats, etc. You will also be expected to check out by 10 AM and have the dishwasher unloaded so don’t plan on breakfast that morning if you have a group. Vrbo says check in at 3 PM but the fine print in the rental company’s contract says they have until 6 PM if need be for cleaning. Great house, thank goodness or it would’ve been a total bust.

Beautiful home in historic district

We absolutely loved the house, but the screened in porch and balcony were where we spent 90% of our waking hours. The outdoor shower was great for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of amenities. Brand new grill was a highlight. Key pickup was efficient, but we couldn’t get into the home due to the slides being bolted from the inside. There is a lock box, but we did not have access code. The rental agent had recently been at the house and quickly returned. Our other concern was the lack of cleanliness, particularly high touch spots, under beds, baseboards, bedding and kitchen. The owner’s suite does not have a dresser or closet, so clothing storage can be tricky. There is a clothing rack on the first floor which is where we hung our clothes. Despite these shortcomings, we would stay again. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to downtown and the beaches. Bike trail access is steps away and most nights it was super quiet. The fenced in yard is great for kids and there were plenty of toys, games, DVDs and books to enjoy.

Filthy

This house is filthy and especially the floors are filthy. Furniture in 2 bedrooms is appalling. Strong smell of smoke emanating from chimney in TV room and bedroom. When it was 92 degrees the smell was so strong could not use bedroom. Mailbox next to front door covered in spider webs. Kitchen: Floors are filthy. When you wipe up water from the kitchen floor the paper is black. Found hair on floor after freezer drawer was opened and then closed. Multiple can lights are out. TV Room: Couches are dirty. Smoke smell in TV room Bathroom: Hair balls left in master bathroom by sink. Bedroom with metal bed: Bed squeaks when sleeping from metal springs. Dresser missing pulls.Found a clump of hair by bed. Air conditioner poorly functioning Bedroom green dresser: Dresser missing pulls. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling.Smoke smell from chimney Hall to master bedroom Filthy HVAC filter found propped up against hall wall (photo) Dining room chairs are filthy.

Family reunion

Great house, quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for 13 , close to downtown and the beach was a 2 minute drive, could easily bike there if you wanted. Clean and a nice little backyard for grilling and hanging out in the shade. Would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful Home in Historic Friendly Neighborhood

We were very pleased with our week long rental. The house is excellent for a large families, it has many comfortable beds. Very nice quiet street and very convenient location close to many beaches especially to Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen.
