Appartement totalement rĂ©novĂ© en 2021. 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains (douche), living avec cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, terrasse face Ă  l’ocĂ©an (+/- 25mÂČ) et terrasse cĂŽtĂ© piscine (+/- 5 mÂČ). Vues sur le Teide, sur la montagne de Guaza, sur l'ocĂ©an et sur la piscine.

Essuies de bain (pas de plage), draps de lit. Possibilité location longue durée (à convenir).

Apartment was lovely and in a good location. All modern facilities. Pool opened at 10 am and there were always plenty of sunbeds.

Really nice, not for everyone as the steps up to 3rd floor get a little tiresome (there is no lift) but one up there the apartment is awesome.

Great location, clean and tidy everything you need well equipped kitchen. Need towel update as they are quite old and small. Did not see a cleaner for the week we stayed. View from living room needs to state derelict land with sea view.

Property was as advertised a big thumbs up from us the communication was spot on and the complex spotless The only negative was the fact still being advertised with shop and bar/restaurant on site when in fact we were told they had been shut since Covid But this would not stop us from using the apartment again

What can i say ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in contact aswell as Penthouse pictures dont do it justice.Two bedrooms walk out onto both terraces from bedroom sun all day, fantastic communication as i had to postpone from last year as i developed breast cancer and couldn't travel due to surgery Pete was brilliant in moving it to this year no quibble THANK YOU would definitely book again

Great location

Apartment was good especially the outside terraces. There were thunderstorms when we were there and rain was leaking in in the lounge from the screw holes in the patio door, luckily we were in and put pans there to catch the water. Put this down as being unlucky so wouldn't be an issue. It was great that some things had been left, I presume from others like salt and pepper, tea towel washing up liquid, toilet rolls, books, DVD's, couldn't fault it. There is no reception, as such, and although I had been told the key code I had not received information about the number of the apartment and there was no response to any of my queries until we actually worked it out for ourselves so it wasn't the best start but having said this I would definitely book this again, fabulous stay. Information re the TV and stations needs updating and it would be good to possibly have some information available of the area, buses, trips etc, just a thought.

A nice place

The facts in Homelidays-annonce were accurate and the owner extreemly kind and helpful. We (an elderly couple) had a nice stay, with lots of walking on the beach avenue and on the nearby mountain (La Guaza) and swimming in the ocean. The apartment can accomodate 4 persons, and a younger family couple lived with us during their 1 week holiday. The kitchen was functional and all the needed things available. We cooked ourselves and ate on the spacious terrace enjoying the sea view. Every place naturally has backsides; we experienced only 2: - We couln't get the wifi to operate, and also the office was not able to solve the problem. The office was selling wifi-connections for 15€/week/device (which they also couldn't get operational, so we declined). - There is a cosy terrace restaurant inside the complex, which some times brought nightly noise. (Our solution was ear plugs.) All in all: We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wunderschönes Penthouse

Schöne ruhige gepflegte Anlage. Super Appartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf Meer. Es war gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schoon app. met 2 terrassen met prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement was schoon en ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van de boulevard. Het heeft 2 terrassen een met zeezicht en 1 terras kijkt uit op de Teide. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. 1x per week komt er een poetsploeg. Verder was de communicatie met Pete uitstekend. Bedankt Pete voor het heerlijke verblijf in je appartement. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad op Tenerife.

lovely apartment

the good.....this is an excellent apartment with 2 outdoor areas which catch the sun all day one of which is massive it contains all you could need for a long term stay with washing machine fridge freezer etc. the bad..... there are more than 40 steps to negotiate to get up to the apartment which for me was a problem especially getting out cases up and down at beginning and end of holiday.

Lovely apartment

Great views from top floor all around and not too many steps to climb. Balconies and terrace are excellent spaces to relax at the apartment and had everything we needed. Vert quiet at night for sleeping but close to everything during the day.
