Nouvellement rénové, Perfect South Maui Lieu, en face de la plus belles plages

Ce deux chambres et deux salles de bains appartement peut accueillir confortablement quatre. Avec un lit queen size dans une chambre, deux lits jumeaux ou un roi dans la deuxième chambre et un queen size canapé-lit avec de la mémoire de luxe matelas en mousse dans le salon. Notre condo est meublé avec toutes les commodités que vous attendez à trouver dans une maison et non une location. Il vient d'être rénové à partir des plafonds à l'étage; avec de nouveaux carreaux de sol et baignoire rectangulaire long, armoires colorées expresso, comptoirs de dalles de granit, appareils SS, 15K BTU climatiseur, de nouveaux appareils, lumières, ventilateurs, meubles, matelas, linge de maison, ustensiles de cuisine et des accessoires. Il a beaucoup de touches design. Tous les matelas et oreillers ont été équipés d'acariens de la poussière / couvertures de lit bug de Encasement. Profitez de la nouvelle 46 'TV écran plat / DVD Blue Ray, câble et une connexion WIFI, tout en vous relaxant dans le salon.

Pacific Shores est situé sur le versant ensoleillé de Kihei sur une distance de veille court à travers la rue de Kamoloe Beach I / Charley jeunes Beach. Où vous pouvez profiter de plongée, de surf et de stand-up paddle board ou tout simplement vous détendre sur les plus belles plages de sable de Maui. Ces plages sont gardiens de la vie, des douches, des aires de pique-nique et des toilettes. Vous pouvez louer des planches de surf et planches à pagayer à travers la rue. Certains des meilleurs terrains de golf de Maui sont à une courte distance de notre condo. Après une journée en plein soleil revenir à notre oasis et profiter d'un bain rafraîchissant dans notre belle piscine et un jacuzzi. La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais vous pouvez aussi faire cuire les grillades dans le pavillon ou profiter d'excellents restaurants juste une courte distance de marche de là.

Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à notre condo au coeur des plus belles plages, la plongée et spots de surf, golf, voyages pittoresques de jour, de randonnée et pistes cyclables, restaurants, épiceries, et un ensemble beaucoup plus. Tout ce que vous avez besoin est à distance de marche, y compris Starbucks.

Perfect Location to see all of Maui!

Make this your home away from home, you won't be disappointed. We recently spent 10 days at Donna's condo and it was great. The two bed and two bath combo was perfect for my husband and I and our 16yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. The condo itself is very clean and efficient. Great use of space. Kitchen and laundry appliances/facilities were super. Good linens and beach towels, and perfect beach accessories which we used daily. Donna has thoughtfully considered what a family needs and has provided. She is also very accessible and is sincerely interested in you having a great visit to Maui. The location is perfect for accessing the whole island - very easy to get around, but also great beaches within easy walking distance. You can snorkel at Charlie Young beach which is literally across the street. The only negative I can share is regarding A/C and view from condo. The A/C doesn't circulate into the bedrooms very well - keep in mind we were there in one of the hottest weeks of the year and I'm Canadian, just too hot for me. There really is no view from the condo so we walked to Charlie Young beach (three mins) most evenings to watch the sunset. Don't let these two small items stop you, I only share so that I provide you with as thorough a review as possible. Big Mahalo to Donna for making her wonderful condo available!

It is usually not this hot! We have since put an extra floor fan in the unit to help circulate the air conditioning. Great Kihei Location

Easy location across from Charley Young Beach, and walkable to all of Kihei. Condo had plenty of beach accessories if you need them, and ample towels, and kitchen gear to cook nightly. Family friendly spot, and would recommend to any age groups.

We really enjoyed our stay. We’ve rented a great deal of condos in the area over the past six years and this one was near the top in terms of quality. A few areas where improvements could be made were: loose kitchen water tap, toilet leak (repaired during stay) and shaky/unstable dining table and coffee table. Highly recommend!!! We would stay again if available.

Great Kihei Condo

If you are planning a stay in Kihei, this property is great! The location really can't be beat- a quick walk across the street and you are at a great beach for swimming, spotting turtles, snorkeling, and lounging with a book. Donna was a great host! My friends and I stayed in her place for 2 weeks, during which time there was a power outage in Kihei and a few large brush fires. Donna communicated with us throughout, and checked in to make sure everything was okay at the condo. Any time I had a question, she was readily available and responded quickly to emails. I gave a 4 star review for the place for just a few reasons- I had to ask for information on how to get into the condo because it wasn't sent to me a week beforehand as it was supposed to be. Also, the pool code in the guestbook wasn't up-to-date, but we got it from another guest in the complex. There is a lot of beach gear in the house, but the chairs and umbrella (what we mostly used) were in pretty poor shape, so we ended up buying/renting those things. The bedroom with the twin beds didn't have much room for storing clothes because there isn't a dresser and the closet is full of beach gear- that was a little awkward for the adult using that room. But overall, this is a great location, a nicely updated condo with everything you will need for cooking in the kitchen. And Donna is a great host!

Clean, cool and modern in Kihei!

Donna’s place in Kihei is an awesome spot to explore Maui from, especially if it’s your first time. Heading across the street to Kamaole I means swimming with turtles a few feet off the shore and we even saw whales jumping at sunset! Pros: Spotless! Brand new reno which is super clean and modern, the kitchen is beautiful, and the tile floors and fans kept us cool enough without having to turn on the A/C. Was the perfect size for 2 couples to spend the week. Donna was very responsive for our arrival (which was easy) and with any questions we had. Having the laundry machines was also helpful, they are brand new and work great! Cons: Condo is on the 3rd floor facing the parking lot, which is great for staying cool but wasn’t apparent to me from the pictures, no noise just not a “scenic” lanai (if that matters to you). Also, code for the pool may change from what’s in the book, we recommend testing it before you want to use the bbqs etc. Overall we highly recommend this listing for your stay in Kihei!

Perfect condition, great location

This place can't be beat. The unit is in excellent condition, everything completely updated and working perfectly. It was clear that the owner really pays attention to all the details. Location is perfect, right in Kihei, easy walking distance to beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. I could see not even bothering with a rental car if you didn't want to explore other parts of the island. Donna responded instantly to questions concerns we had prior to our stay, and we had no need to contact her during our stay. Unit was also well appointed with everything you could need: fully equipped kitchen, beach toys, boogie board, linens, etc. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for everything Donna!

Awesome place in Maui, more than expected!

We stayed this place for 10 days and everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, close to the sea and shops but not so close to the road so it was quiet at night. The unit is newly remodeled, especially my mom was very happy about the kitchen and many little handy items. Donna was very kind and helpful. Right from the get go Donna was amazing. Prompt and personalized responses. She added some fabulous special touches for our 10th anniversary and made us feel like we were at home. She checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her home has everything you could possibly need and is in a prime location. Donna's condo is absolutely perfect for my husband and myself. All of her personal touches have made this a home away from home. The kitchen is better supplies than mine at home.All the extras include filtered water at the sink. I absolutely love the master bath with its stone walk in shower. The bed is very comfortable too. The fact we can walk a couple of minutes to our favorite beach is a real plus. The washer/dryer in the unit is so convenient for a longer stay. We can't wait to come back. This is our second stay at her condo and we plan to be back as soon as we can.

Last year, we decided to buy a condo for our family and friends to enjoy, and then completely remodeled it. Now we'd like to share it with new friends, as well as, old. We'd like to welcome you to the spot where we first fell in love with Maui!

The beach is simply fantastic! Location is great! The Condominium Complex is nice with a pool and jacuzzi and BBQ Pavillian area. We also like that there are sidewalks which make it safe for walking.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The floor tile is cool and modern and the furniture is nice and comfortable. There is also an air conditioner to keep you cool in the warm summer months.
