Villa privée dans l'urbanisation résidentielle. Cuisine complÚte, 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, grand salon et salle à manger terrasse. Tous entiÚrement meublé. Wifi et Internet sans fil. Télévision à écran plat avec des dizaines de chaßnes nationales, étrangÚres et de loisirs (football, moteur, etc.)
Il possĂšde un grand jardin privĂ© (450m2), entretenu par son propre jardinier et entourĂ© d'une belle piscine privĂ©e avec un espace pour les enfants et une terrasse attenante. Parking dans la villa pour plusieurs voitures. À 100 mĂštres de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Malapesquera avec son magnifique Paseo Maritimo et l'un des meilleurs ports de plaisance de la Costa del Sol, Puerto Marina.

Beautiful villa and location

Jesus was lovely. His villa was lovely and the location was fantastic. Feel i must give others considering staying there a fair honest review though. So I'm going to include some honest feedback ... There was no hot water or running showers for first 3 days.. was a complete nightmare but Jesus did try to be helpful and booked a plumber after 2 days but i cancelled as figured out that the last visitors had left a bidit tap on and it affected the whole villa. Also there was no mention of a man staying in the top floor above the villa... every night he would come out to tell us to be quiet which was not good as even 8 of us talking in the garden woyld cause him to complain.. ruined our holiday as had to retire to bed early to not disturb. Also villa full of personal items left from the owners father .. this felt very uncomfortable . sorry Jesus you were amazing and this villa is suitable for some and very lovely but really affected our time here. Wish you told us about the villa being shared. Felt mislead. Sophia

Gammelt hjem som blev brugt til opbevaring af mĂžbler.

Beliggenhed var meget fint. FĂžrstesalen bliver lejet ud, som man Ikke fĂ„r at vide i annoncen. Garage var til grin, der var plads til en meget lille bil hvis man gad og tĂžmme garagen for alt muligt gammelt. Gammelt hus der virker som om man bruger til opbevaring af ĂŠldre mĂžbler. SmĂ„ gamle dĂ„rlige senge. Et badevĂŠrelse fyldt med fluer. Alt var gammelt. Meget dĂ„rlig oplevelse. Pool bliver ikke renset og hunde der gþ’er hele natten. DesvĂŠrre Ăždelagt ferie. Skod......

Nice well located Villa with fantastic gardens and really lovely pool.

Villa located really close to pubs and clubs of Benalmedena. Also only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants within beach and Marina of Benalmedena. The villa itself was comfortable inside with plenty of room to sit and relax. Villa outside had gorgeous gardens and pool which was extensively used. Our party consisted of 3 teenage boys my wife and her mother, we all had a great time at villa in Benalmedena which itself as a town has plenty to offer and lots to do loaded with some great shops, restuarants and bars.

Nice villa near the beach

We let this villa for our honeymoon. We were greeted by the owner and his wife, who were very nice and explained everything. Everything was clean. This villa is very happily situated, in walking distance of cafes, restaurants, supermarket, chemist, you name it! And most importantly, the beach! It had a nice pool if you didn't want to go to the beach. There are some things that could do with improvement and we mentioned them to the owners: - it didn't have air conditioned or any fans..given the high temperatures, we ended up having to buy a Fan ourselves. Despite this, the owner pay us the cost of the fan; - the dishwasher machine wasn't working and it wasn't fixed during our stay; - we were told that there was a gardener and a pool boy taking care of the garden and the pool. Regarding the gardener, perfect. No pool boy was seen cleaning the pool during our stay. Despite this problems, overall, we recommend the villa.

Nice Villa near the beach

We let this villa for our honeymoon (12 days). On our arrival, we were greeted by the owners, who were very nice and helpful. The house was cleaned, with a very nice garden and a decent sized pool. The location is perfect, near all the amenities you need: cafe, bars, restaurants, you name it. Most importantly, very close to the beach. You won't need a car for your holidays as everything is in walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! A couple of things that could do with improvement and that were mentioned to the owners: - there was no air-conditioner in the house or any fans. Given the high temperatures expected in this period, the house was very hot and we ended up having to buy a fan ourselves. The owner did pay the cost to us in the end; - the dishwasher machine wasn't working and was not fixed during our stay; - we were told that it would be a gardener and a pool guy attending to the garden and pool. Regarding the garden, perfect. No pool maintenance was done during our stay; - could do with some updating on decor and some toilet appliances weren't working properly.

Also in its environment it has restaurants from all parts of the world and commercial areas, theme parks, leisure and museums.
Also its easy communication puts it less than 1 hour from Malaga, Marbella or Frigiliana and just over 1 hour from Granada, Cordoba, Seville or if you prefer Ronda and its Serrania with its forests of Spanish villages and white.
And if you prefer to take endless walks by the sea, listening to it and sipping its scent, you can end it with the splendid cuisine of our land.
